Great leash!

With many different options of retractable leashes out there, it can be tough to pick the right one. This leash is durable, lightweight, and quite easy to use. I have seen a lot of poor quality leashes, this leash does not fit that category. All of the parts seem sturdy and the leash line itself looks like it will last forever. Definitely would recommend this to anyone that is doing a search for a retractable leash.

Very easy to use!

We have a small (8-10 lb) dog, and this leash is perfect for him. We were using an older retractable leash before we got this one, and I regret not replacing it sooner. The locking mechanism on this leash is so much easier to use than our old leash!! It just takes one move of the thumb to lock and unlock. The length on this leash is probably on the shorter side for a retractable leash, about 10ft, but we like to keep him close most of the time, and it is just enough to let him walk around when it’s time to go potty. The leash fits comfortably in my hand, but might be small for a man with larger hands. Otherwise, I would recommend this leash! It also came with this piece to put on the leash if your dog bites at the leash, but I ended up not using it because we don’t have that problem.

Perfect for my cat!

Our cat loves to go for walks. This lead works well to give him the room he needs to explore, but still stay close by. Also, the locking system is easy to use and release. It comes in handy when he is ready to chase after a critter. The grip is comfortable too. I would recommend if you wanted it for a smaller dog or cat.

Works great so far

I know these leashes get a bad rep, but it's working out for us so far. We've had it for a couple of months and no issues. It's easier to walk my dog since he likes to stop and sniff a lot and I keep walking and when it tugs a little he knows to catch up with me. He's at the point where he knows how far he can walk ahead until he is at the end of the retractable leash, too. He kind of slows down and lets me catch up. If someone is walking past I shorten and lock the leash for easy control. my dog is medium sized at 28lbs and was well trained on a non-retractable leash first for about a year before I decided to try the retractable leash. I also inspect the leash frequently to make sure it is working properly since this one got some negative reviews about breaking easily. So far no issues. I like how this isn't a wire, but more of a ribbon leash. I feel like this is safer than the wired ones.

Great leash for my dog

I have a 12 pound dachshund who loves to go on walks. Our old retractable leash was getting pretty worn, and truth be told it was rather clunky. I wanted to get something a little lighter but was good quality. When I found this leash - I figured it would be worth a shot and I was right! Its light weight, small, but it's also very sturdy. Our old leash was made of a thin string type of material that would easily knot. Not the case with this leash! I love how thick the leash is and it moves in and out of the retractable base very smoothly. It is built to last. I also like the stop button. Very easy to use with a single finger. All in all - a great leash I would highly recommend.

This leash is great for my new puppy, The handle is very comfortable and this is a pretty heavy duty trtractable leash. With this retractable leash, i can walk my dog freely in open area with one hand braking, release and recoiling system, which allows the dog leash to be adjusted to a comfortable length with ease. This product is very sturdy and easy to use,and also very light weight. My dog loves this leash, she now gets so excited if i take the leash because she knows it is fun time!
