Lovely Product
Full disclosure: This was the most cost effective method to buy this amount of HDPE, and I had no intention of using it for a cutting board. I still plan to cut and bend it into a welded rack for extraction tools (read, jaws of life) for the local fire department. Anyway, haven't got started on that project yet, had a big party the other day and used it to cut food. Worked great. Go team!

Made a over the sink water stone sharpening plate
The board is thick enough to not deflect under weight over a utility sink. Ripped off 3 one inch pieces and epoxy glued them as stops for stones and to fit on bottom to fit around sink so it doesn't shift during use. Easier to clean also.

The Perfect Cutting Board for me!
I have smaller plastic cutting boards, but they have a few issues that lead me to a search for a new and better plastic cutting board. I found this one from Thirteen Chefs that would hopefully suit my needs. The issue with my smaller boards was that on the countertop they would spin when trying to cut things like veggies. This was because one side of the board was concave. After receiving this board 20x15x1/2 and laying it on my countertop, neither side spun when I cut food, and it didn't move too much. The board is flat. This board is also BPA free which is huge for me and really for anyone that is using a plastic cutting board. It's a hard, dense plastic that should take years to wear down. Because it is a hard plastic doesn't mean the board is heavy, it isn't. It weights it as it is big, but it doesn't mean I can use it for working out. Let's talk about size. I bought the 20x15x1/2, and I love it! It's big, but it's not a monster. I can cut a lot of veggies on the same board, and that is just awesome! I do like a bigger cutting board, and this board fits my needs perfectly. This is my new goto cutting board as I explore cooking a bit more for the family. I use this day in and day out since I bought this. I can not recommend this cutting board enough. 5 Stars for sure!

Excellent Product and Excellent Value!!!
We loved the smooth rounded edges & durability! This was an excellent product that was hand cut by the seller at Thirteen Chefs. We ordered the restaurant size cutting board and were delighted with the product! The only recommendation that we would have would be to put the actual size of the board on the label to make size selecting easier for the consumer! We woud definitely purchase from Thirteen Chefs again!

Easy to clean, good traction and all around great cutting board.
I bought a large wooden cutting board last year that I love but we only use that board for fruits and veggies. This is the same size board and we use it for meat and juicy/messy things. Usually knives slip on plastic cutting boards, but the texture of this board is perfect. I thought I would have wanted this board to have a well around the edges, but it is so large that everything stays put. It is easy to clean and doesn't have any problem in my dishwasher. While it is quite large, it fits on top of my wooden cutting board so it doesn't take up extra room. If you have the space, I highly recommend this cutting board!

I LOVE THESE CUTTING BOARDS
These cutting boards are useful, sturdy, and beautiful beyond my expectations. I recommend then 100%. They are a perfect size, and the brilliant colors will enhance any kitchen decor. I have three in my kitchen, two red ones on the center island, and one green one next to the sink.

The best cutting board.
24 x 18 size is great in kitchen. I'd hesitated buying a that size. Now I'm glad I did. I ordered the brown color, it has a slight reddish tint to it. It's beautiful and looks nice in my kitchen's earth tone colors. It's large, heavy and pretty. It stays in place on counter when cutting foods. If I had to buy another, I'd buy this one again. I'll never wrestle with the small boards again.

Huge cutting board!
This thing is huge! It’s perfect for large cuts of meat. We got it specifically for cutting briskets. The only downside is cleaning and storing it. Since it is so big, it doesn’t fit in the sink to wash or in the kitchen cabinet. But it’s amazing. We just wash it in the bathtub. I would definitely recommend to anyone that does a lot of grilling or smoking large slabs of meat.

Upping My Prep Station Game!
This cutting board is my prep station problem solver. It fits the commercial stainless table next to the stove perfectly and allows me to prepare and finish pizza with one easy-to-clean solution. I have a wooden cutting board I love but the strength with which I have to initially engage the pizza wheel to "break" the crust has left cuts in the wood and the constant washing worries me. It's a good board and I don't want to ruin it. The surface is large enough (I got the largest) to accommodate the pizza with room for rolling the dough, cutting the cheese, pepperoni and hold all the other toppings too. Decided to leave it in place rather than store it since it looks so good: the color matches extant kitchen accents.

Excellent Cutting Board
I purchased the 18 by 24 plastic cutting board from Thirteen Chefs several weeks ago. I am very happy with it, and have virtually stopped using my other boards.. I do lots of prep work at home and am very fussy about my knives. Compared to other plastic boards, this one has several advantages: the surface has a good textured grip - with no slippage on either food or knives, the board did not mark when cutting on it and was very easy to clean (no discoloration), and finally the knife blades felt just as sharp after using them on the board over a period of several weeks. The size was very convenient for prepping multiple items. The one caution is to make sure you have storage room for an 18X24, otherwise might think about the next size down.
