Excellent Customer Service and a great product.

I own a 15W LED rechargeable shop light that works great but I wanted a higher wattage one for additional light. I selected the 50W LED Lanfu model sold by Jingtai lighting which fit my needs and was fairly priced. After receiving the light, which came partly charged already, I had to try it right away. I was pleased with how BRIGHT it was compared to my 15W light. When I went to fully charge the light for the first time using the wall charger that was included it failed after a few minutes. This was a letdown thinking I'm going to have to ship the whole light back because of this defective wall charger. In the product description the seller recommends to contact them with quality concerns so I did this. They responded quickly and said they didn't have an extra wall charger that they could send out quickly. They then asked if I would instead be happy if they refunded the entire cost of the light so I could just reorder a new replacement light and I could just keep the first light for backup. I was very impressed for this type of Customer Service where customer satisfaction comes first! Yes, they did refund the full cost and tax of the first light which showed up on my credit card statement a couple days later. I now just placed a new order for another light which I'm looking forward to receiving! Thank you for going above and beyond to see that I would be a satisfied customer.

Excellent light, very bright

This 50 W light is much brighter then the 30 W I got earlier. I am very happy with it, seems well made and can take some bumps in use.

Very handy

I really am happy with this thing. It is very bright for what it is. I bought it to be used in my garage while working on my cars. My garage is well lit but even with decent lights when you get under a car it is dark, that is why I bought this. I will use this when under the hood of a car or under the car changing the oil. The battery powered feature allows this thing to be moved anywhere, no worries about a cord. The light feels like it is built well and will last for years to come. Time will only tell.

It's just a great light

I really like this light, I use it on my vehicles under the hood and underneath them. Bright for what I need, charge last along time to.

Wonderful, bright light.

Just what I was looking for. Very bright and portable. I bought one for myself, loved it so much that I bought four more and gave them for Christmas presents. Everyone that received one thought that they were wonderful and found them to be very useful.
