For the entry level pet hair remover...
This thing is *super* nice and worth it. It's not as expensive as others, but that's perfect for what it comes with (no app or some mapping). First couple cleaning out it's covered 1500 sq ft, with several overlapping paths. Update #1 Eufy/Anker Customer Service is outstanding. They replied to this review and answered some questions along with offering above and beyond service. Kudos. This thing has run daily with some amazing results. I can't actually believe what its picking up.

Stop looking.... you've found the one!
No need to hesitate... buy it. I've thought about getting one of these before, but I figured they were a "gimmick". But trying to keep these floors clean with 2 dogs and 4 cats was nearly impossible. Who has the time to vacuum all the time? Even after 1 week (or even a few days) they're bad. We have hardwood and tile floors in most of the house. But, I didn't want to spend $500, and I realized I didn't need to if I didn't want to control it from my phone, use virtual walls, etc. But even this one has "virtual walls" by using the magnetic strips, which work great. It finds its home with ease, and does a great job of finding every square inch of the floor. The amount of hair and dust it picks up every day is amazing (and disgusting! -- no wonder I'd start to get cranky around here when the floors weren't vacuumed). It goes fine on carpeting, too. I suppose that carpeting should still be vacuumed with a more "normal" vacuum, but now it won't need to be as often. Area rugs.... no problem. It also senses things BEFORE it runs into them, so you don't hear it clunking around smashing into things like I have read in other vacs' reviews. And it's much quieter than I expected it to be. I would think that the Eufy 11S would be just as good -- I just went with this because at the time because for about $30 more I could get this model with the little extra suction power rating and the magnetic strip "virtual walls". If you want a robotic vacuum in the $250 price range, you will not be disappointed! We love this thing! Oh, and by the way, I think you are obligated to give these new family members names, right? So we named ours "Robo Thor". 3 month update: Still love it! Have had no problems with it. 6 month update: Still love it! No problems. No parts replaced. The amount of hair, dust, and dirt this thing picks up every day is unbelievable. Or maybe we're just dirty people. :)

Saves my life and sanity!
I've had this for a few weeks now and let me tell you, its amazing. I had originally wanted the Roomba 960 but just couldn't justify spending 600$ on a robotic vacuum. I looked at so many products and reviews, this one caught my eye. It has amazing reviews from others and upon reading the description sounded like it couldn't be beat for the price. Yes it doesn't have all of the crazy bells and whistles of other vacuums, theres no fancy app, but the features of this vacuum greatly supersedes its competitors. It is extremely quiet. I work from home so that is a major plus to not have to hear it while i'm working. The suction is amazing, you can hear the auto boost feature start up when it rolls onto carpet or rugs, it somehow always makes it back to its base which surprises me. It tremendously helps the OCD in me that wants clean floors 24/7. I have 2 boxers and they shed a lot, this helps for sure! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a robotic vacuum that does an amazing job at a very competitive price!

For the Price, Impressive so far!
I decided to go with the RoboVac 30 after seeing excellent reviews here and elsewhere for the Eufy 11S, and comparing against the ECOVACS Deetbot n79s. Apparently manufacturing and functionality are similar. I didn't think I needed the app/WiFi or voice control (I don't see myself activating the vacuum remotey). This unit has the same form factor and functions as the 11S ("Slim") but adds slightly more suction and boundary strips to keep the vacuum confined to areas of interest or from entering other areas--for not much more money. Only a couple of days in--but so far I'm impressed. The unit has collected a lot of dust and debris in the few runs it's made around my 850 sq foot apartment, each time returning faithfully to its dock. Wheels are large and can push off the floor to permit the robot to easily cross thresholds etc. The slim profile fits under furniture that other robots might not have cleared. Boundary strips have come in handy to confine the vacuum to areas of interest for extra-intensive cleaning. It's surprisingly QUIET, goes about its business with admirable efficiency and determination, and (I'll go ahead and say it...) it's "cute" and difficult not to like. So far so good, Eufy! Edit: A couple of notes. For Amazon: consider culling the reviews to exclude those for the model 11. The "30" and "11S" is the same form factor and functions, so they are appropriately grouped together, but the 11 is an older, less well featured, and (slightly) less well reviewed model...

Brilliant for scooping up cat and rabbit hair!
I researched lots of units across multiple manufacturers. This one had the best rating as well as one of the most amount of reviews. I can see why! Really easy to set up and use. We have a long haired cat AND a house rabbit. No sooner have you vacced there is hair again within a few days. As you can see from the pics this little beauty picked up A LOT from a 45 min wander around the apt, mostly wood floor with the odd rug. Then the second photo is on our basement bedroom where only the cat goes. Never thought it was that bad down there, well impressed! The pets are still scared and run off but they’ll get used to it. I’m loving the fact I can set to run every other day while I’m at work and keep the apt clear of pet hair! Did have a bit of a scare last night when I set to start at 12.30 am instead of pm, thought someone had broken into our apt. Recommend 100%. Wish I’d have got one already!

Eufy is euphorically awesome.
For the record, I was not paid to do this review, but would gladly promote Eufy in every way if I could. Unashamedly, I’ve told all my friends about my little Eufy and shown them the vacuum in action when they visit. I cannot stand vacuuming. Along comes Eufy, and after doing much research, I decided to snag it; I absolutely LOVE this vacuum! It has already vacuumed my entire 1900 sq foot house without an issue, and transitions between carpet and hardwood with ease. It’s super quiet, and fits under some of my furniture which is a bonus. Since I have mostly carpet in my house, with full sucking power I get about an hour out of each charge. Eufy finds its way home, charges for about 5 hours, and then it’s off to the races again. You can also schedule times you want it to clean too; there’s nothing better than coming home to a clean house after a long day. For the upstairs, I close the door to each room I want it to vacuum, and give it between 10-12 minutes per room. I open the door, and there is beautifully, vacuumed carpet awaiting. And let me just say too, this thing WORKS. I keep a clean house, but I was shocked how much debris, hair and dust this little guy sucked up from my floors. This is technology at its finest, and I am a happy camper. The boundary strips are a great addition too. Do yourself a favor: buy a Eufy. You won’t regret it.

Eufy/Anker Customer Support is 2nd to NO ONE!
Updated: I originally had the 11c Pet version, and it was great, until it stopped detecting the magnet strips that kept it from getting stuck. It really collected the dirt and pet hair when it worked. Eufy replaced it, but the 2nd one had the same issue after about 30 days. So, after receiving a refund, I elected to purchase this model. It did not have the same battery life, now the WiFi, which I missed. It did pretty good with cleaning, and because of its slim design, it got to more places. I was overall happy...until it decided to lose its mind. After about 20 pain free, no hassle cleanings, If I placed the robot in a room, No matter what button I pushed on the the remote, it would do a small circle for about 60 seconds, and then alarm. After I returned the item, Anker Support reached out to me, and asked that I give their RoboVac one more chance. I had already purchased the Deebot, but frankly the Eufy was WAAAY better. The Deebot gets stuck more often, and unlike many competing products, it does not detect or use the magnet strip barriers, a must for my house. Long story short, Anker made things right, and our Eufy is working great. I will update this review after 60 days.

Incredible, Astounding, Wonderful RoboVac 30
I have some experience with robot technology. I own a Husqvarna Automower. The RoboVac 30 is almost as good! It uses what appears to me to be ultrasound signals to avoid my expensive sculptures and vases. BoostiQ really works on carpet transitions too. And as a result, my cattledog's (Zena) fir is quickly and efficiently collected - the 1500pa certainly makes a difference as this fir is rather short and pointy and thus does not vacuum well. I could use one more boundry strip but the two provided helped me considerably. ( I've isolated the kitchen and dining area as they fill the trap quickly because of the dog fir and dust bunnies.) I also use the "Manual mode" for an Oriental carpet because of its height from the house carpet and its tassles. This feature is a godsend when you have exceptions to the normal cleaning environment. Lastly, I find the remote very user friendly and convenient. If I want to park the vacuum, the "Home" feature is really effective. (Because of my placement of the charging station, there is no difficulty with the RoboVac finding home.) This is incredible technology, well executed. You don't need fancy, expensive mapping when the algorithms within the programming thoroughly clean a complex home environment like mine. Well done Eufy!!

Clean freak approved!
I picked this unit because my father recommended it after studying Consumer Reports. My Amazon review perusal satisfies me and I went ahead with the purchase. The set-up could not be easier. I love that it came with a quick start guide so I could use it right away. Considering I vacuum almost daily, I was astonished at how much dog fur, hair, dust, and crumbs it collected. It easily slide under my sofa, under the kitchen island, tables, etc. My dog was very stressed during the running of the vacuum. She barked at it, chased it, ran from it, and towards the end of the session, she was trying to bite at the sides. I do think she will become less threatened over time and relax. She does either everything else. Interesting to note: I have a pet bird. The bird, also stressed by our new housemate, pooped on the floor and the vacuum went through it. It was not a disaster to clean up as the mess was small but I could see how this would create a disaster should a dog or cat get sick, it go unnoticed immediately by a human, and then for a scheduled clean session to start. So perhaps pet owners should do a room sweep before running.

Great performance and better price
The eufy BoostIQ Robovac 30 is a great buy that truly does what it was designed to do- vacuum. We used to own Roomba 960. After two years of ok performance, it sucked up dog poo and took a trip to the dumpster. We purchased the Robovac 30 after buying and returning many other more expensive models and ultimately decided the Robovac 30 to be the best robot vacuum for us. Aside from suction power, it hasn't been confused yet nor has it been caught on an obstacle. The Roomba 960 rarely finished without an error even with an sophisticated maze of invisible walls to prevent blockages or being trapped in rooms. The Robovac can also accept magnetic walls but we don't even use them; the Robovac 30 works around obstacles and still remembers the charging base station location. The Roomba 960 also had problems parking itseof while the Robovac 30 finished without any help. I was dumbfounded by how quiet the Robovac 30 is on high compared to the Roomba on high. The Robovac 30 suction also is far better than the Roomba as well. The Robovac 30 is not without problems. The battery could be better. However, I'm willing to accept the battery life when I can buy four Robovac 30s for the price of one Samsung or two Robovac 30s and spare parts for the price of one Roomba 980. I'm happy with this unit and will happily buy another one.
