This is a huge time saver

I've been metal detecting for 40 years and I can't believe I waited this long to get one of these. My productivity has probably tripled because you can just find your target so much faster. I've only had it a couple weeks so I can't yet comment on it's long term performance, but based on my initial evaluation I'd say it's a FANTASTIC value. Another benefit is that you're getting up and down on your knees less frequently because you can often pinpoint your target with this devise before you start probing. By doing so I've found I can pop a coin out of the ground just by bending over and using a screwdriver to lift it out. The device shows you exactly where the target is! No guess work. If you've been hesitating on getting one, don't. Just pull the trigger. I think you'll be glad you did.

Great for the price

For the price you cant beat it. Does exactly what you need to do. Unless you are a professional metal detector, I recommend you get this one, no issues so far!

You cant use it under water

Husband love it. When it came we used it right away. The only thing is it state that it water proof but you can't use it under water like if you're going fishing and you dropped one of your lures in the water then you can't retrieve it because it doesn't go underwater it's just good if you're outside in the rain

Bought this metal detector to find yard toys that get lost - darts, rings, etc. Works great and is easy to use.

Works very well for metal detecting. just dig a hole and it will point where it is. battery life is very long for this.

Ease of use

The pin does what it is supposed to do. It helps find the target and reduces search time. Compared to other models the price is very reasonable.
