well made, but could use a better hook

I bought this for my birthday to replace an older one from the mall. This chime is very well constructed from the thick bamboo to the string that is used. The only thing I would recommend is to put a stronger hanger on it (see pic). I replaced this one with a heavy duty hook and then put a tie wrap on the hook to the hanger that is on the tree. I plan on removing it once a year to clean and spray with clear coat. I would recommend this wind chime if your looking for a bamboo one.

They are doing their job.

Wanted another bamboo wood chime for my front porch; already have one in back. Love the sound of these chimes and the new Nalulu chimes work perfectly and are doing what they were meant to do. Sound is perfect and just right. Even with the slightest breeze, I can hear them in the house with the door closed. They are not distracting at all because of the type of sound they make. Am very pleased with this purchase.

Beautiful in look and tone

Purchased this to replace an old chime. Nalulu has done a beautiful job in creating a simple wind chime that looks as good as it sounds. Lovely materials. They contacted me twice; once before I received the wind chime to provide me with a care and maintenance brochure; then again once I received my order to make sure I was happy with the product. Excellent customer service.

Bamboo Wind Chime Sounds peaceful

This beautiful Bamboo Wind Chime, shipped quickly and very nicely wrapped. It had a little bamboo smell when we first opened it but iT is bamboo lol! We hung it up immediately and the sound is soft, peaceful, hollow sounds. I love iT! So happy I picked this one!! Totally recommend this Bamboo Wind Chime! Grrrreat sound!....Another reviewer pointed out that hooks bend easily--not a big deal......I'm ordering stainless steel swivel hooks to replace all my rusty, non-swivel hooks on hanging plants, a couple of spinners & chimes.... ...Breezy day--they sound awesome! Update: Swivvel hooks arrived today....added photos.... Note to Nalulu: These are stainless steel swivvel hooks...I live in Florida, so steel hooks on my other hangers are rusted out...Am replacing all of 'em with stainless...Retail is $6.99/6-pack....Am sure y'all can get 'em in quantity/wholesale for much cheaper....Would be a good hanger for your awesome bamboo chimes....

Looks good BUT...

i hung this wind chime by my wife's grave from a tree that she wanted to be by (passed Jan 29/2018) . it was only up for TWO WEEKS and one of the chimes string broke and i found the largest tube on the ground by her place .. very dissatisfied ... only two weeks ???? i have one in my yard 5 years old ... not as big but a cheap on to say the least ... still chiming even through 5 New England winters ... you may want to stay clear ... up date ... the seller contacted me quickly and sent a replacement another LARGE AND a smaller chime .. no charge .. fast and courteous seller response .. thank you

A quality chime!

Love the sound, it's soft and mellow. All the tubes compliment each other. I've had several bamboo chimes from other manufacturers and this one by far has the best finish and quality and for the same price as most others. Nice thick pieces of bamboo and stained very well also. A happy customer!

Our Nalulu wind chime experience was wonderful!!

I can't say enough good things about the Nalulu experience. I gave the chime as a gift to a dear friend. She loves it. It is well made with a beautiful mellow sound.
