Easy to follow instructions. Have made 4 loaves so far and all great. First was a 10-grain bread and it turned out great. Pan is easy to remove, easy to clean and the loaves slide right out. When mixing the machine is not noisy, can easily have it running while I am doing other things and don't even notice it. Fits on my counter great, and being stainless steel looks great.
