Great massager

Very happy with my purchase. My boyfriend is beyond thrilled with it. I have used a few different neck massagers before, and this is my favorite. I have bad pain and numbness in my back and neck from having a desk job. This is the first one that has really helped relieve the tension. The handles have helped more than I thought they would in being able to get a full back massage. It has multiple modes and speeds, and you can turn the heat off and on depending on what you want. I also love that it comes with a car charger and carrying bag. I plan on purchasing at least 2 more as gifts.

Absolutely wonderful!

The Resteck massager is fantastic. I purchased it a month ago & have used it almost everyday. I have neck & back pain and this massager has been super at relieving the tension. I also have migraines & use the massager very lightly on my scalp-it is amazing how good it feels. I did a lot of research before purchasing it and chose this massager because: -the quality was excellent for a reasonable price -it included a nice duffel bag -came with a car adapter -has a sleek appearance -has 3 speed/intensity levels -I liked the soft fabric that covered the massaging nodes I’m so pleased with the Resteck that I plan on purchasing it again as gifts. This Massager is REALLY Amazing!

As someone who has chronic neck and upper back tension, I wanted to look into a kind of massager that would both be effective and fairly priced. This product is definitely both of these, I promise you as someone who recently purchased this. It gives you the option of using heat, but you can also turn off the heat option (as someone who goes to a chiropractor that says to steer clear from any form of dry heat), which was a big plus for me and something I had to be sure of before purchasing. The massaging has two types, and both have two options in intensity - light or deep with the massaging. And it certainly does the job for me, especially after a stressful day of work! Really works at my tension! If you like getting a massage but also don't want to fork over a hundred or two hundred dollars at a spa, this is a good alternative that feels just as much like a deep tissue massage at the spa! I know it will definitely be saving me some money, that's for sure. Bottom Line: Love it, and I highly recommend buying! And the least we as customers can do is leave a review for such a great product (and no, I wasn't paid to write this review. 100% genuine review!)

THIS PRODUCT IS THE REAL DEAL!!!!

I bought it for my daughter who's 8 months pregnant for her low back pain, also for her husband who has shoulder and mid back pain. I took it over to their place to watch my granddaughter, my daughter said we won't use it, after they left for work I took it out of the box and plugged it in and tried it, OMG loved it, my granddaughter loved it too!! I love that it fits right in your neck, back, low back,legs, anywhere you want!!! It has heat if you like, has 3 different settings for pressure and love that you just get to sit there and enjoy without having to do anything but move your arms up or down to adjust location. My daughter and son-law came home from work and I said, "Just try it, if you don't like it I'm keeping it." So they did and they LOVED IT!! They use it in the car, at home while sitting at the computer, while watching TV and every night before bed. They said" We're keeping it!!" This is a prefect gift for Mothers day, Fathers day, Birthdays, Anniversary's and just because you deserve it!!! I'm ordering another one for myself and my husband!!

Im a huge fan of massages. I spend a lot of money and time on them every month, but since buying this product, I have found myself going less. When I feel the need to go after a stressful day, I find myself thinking...I can use my new massager when I get home. No joke. Of course, nothing can replace the experience of a personal massage, but I this massager gets all the stress-day knots out. I am definitely getting a second to leave at work. And I’m getting them as gifts. The product is definitely quality made. You won’t regret the purchase. I don’t do a lot do reviews, but this product and the personal touch and correspondence from the small business developer, is definitely something I want to support.

Great massager

After years of chronic neck pain and trying physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy with little lasting benefit, this item finally has me sleeping soundly. Plusses: 1) You control exactly where it applies pressure and how much pressure it applies, so unlike human massage therapists, it doesn't move off the spot you need worked, doesn't push too hard or too soft, and doesn't get tired from deep kneading. 2) The price is less than one session with a massage therapist (at least around me), so the return on investment is instant. So far I've used it upwards of 50 times and it's still working like new, and each session with it has helped me more than a session with any of the massage therapists I tried, so the cost/benefit ratio is amazing. 3) It's super versatile: I've used it to massage my neck mainly, but also upper back, mid back and lower back and it was just as good for all of those. 4) The construction is sturdy and the materials are good quality. Minuses: 1) You apply pressure to your back/neck by using your chest/arm muscles to pull the balls forward. It works great for me but it's not as relaxing as lying on a table doing nothing while you get a massage. You can also put it between a chair back and your neck/back and lean into it, which removes the need to pull with your chest/arm muscles, but makes it a little harder to control exactly where the balls go. FYIs: 1) When you put very heavy pressure on, the motors do slow down a lot and struggle to keep going. This is not surprising -- the balls are just driven by moderate size electric motors which can only provide so much torque. But at first this made me think I could not put on too much pressure for fear of overloading the motor. But over time I've gotten more aggressive with how much pressure I use, and as I said, it's still working fine after ~50 uses. 2) Be careful putting too much pressure on the balls against areas without much muscle cover. I pulled too hard against my upper neck and actually ended up with a bruise on my skull, but that was entirely my fault, not the massager's. The massager has hard rotating balls -- if you press hard plastic into your bone you'll get a bruise, lol.

This is the best massager I have ever purchased. I have lower pack pain and arthritis in my neck and this helps me feel better every time I use it. It gives a very strong massage ever better than all of the $6000 chairs I have used. I really love this product and highly recomend to anyone with either neck or back pain. Also, the carrying case is beautiful and easy to carry when you travel

Puts the massage action where you need it.

This was purchased to prevent neck muscle tightness which can lead to severe headaches. I suffer from chronic headaches and fibromyalgia. Medications seem to have side effects that are not compatible with quality of life. With this massager I can sit down on the couch and get a massage that rivals a therapist. Thanks to the "arms" I can easily put the messaging action where I need it and also increase and decrease the pressure. It is very well designed and I look forward to using it on automobile trips. My husband is a physician and athlete and he loves it!

Great all body shiatsu massager

I have had massagers in the past and mostly they were useless as all they did was vibrate so I never had much relief with them at all. This neck and back massager does what its supposed to do. Not just vibrate but actually massage. I love the handles on it and that you can change the direction of the kneading nodes which is great. but also the strength. Plus you can use it all over your body not just your neck and back. I recommend starting out with the lightest setting and work into the stronger settings for deeper tissue massage because eventually that's where you will want to go, especially for those who never had a shiatsu massage as it is very different and in my opinion a better deep tissue massage than a Swedish massage. It also has a heat setting if you choose to use that but I find I am fine without heat. What is really handy is you can use it in the car traveling as it has a car adapter. My back can get really challenged traveling and this really helps not having my back go out on trips. What's really nice is a great travel bag comes with it. It seems like a good quality one too not a cheap one that will tear or wear out quickly but I think it is actually leather. And when I have been out walking I can't wait to come home and use the massager on my feet. I have had expensive shiatsu massages before but now that I don't have access to them I have missed them. This is even better. I don't have to go anywhere and I can get the massage whenever I want day or night. I love that it has a timer and shuts off automatically. I have never seen a product like this with a lifetime warranty either. I am very happy I got this. Even my son uses it. This would make a great gift for anyone. I highly recommend this shiatsu massager.

I can finally relax!

I like this product. I deal with issues with my posture and TMJ/TMD. My issues are related to very tight muscles. I didn't start treating my tense muscles until recently. I should of started 10 years ago when I started holding most tension from stress in my neck and back. Changing the muscle memory that I have caused for so long has been difficult but doable. This massager has helped me relax. I don't have to hold anything, most massagers are like a wand. I rest my arms in the massager and relax. I can also change the pressure by dropping my arms a bit. I would recommend this product. When I say I have tight muscles, I am not referring to a norm of just feeling stiff. My muscles are so tight that they have pulled my jaw out of alignment and some of my spine. I grind my teeth at night as well and didn't know this until recently. It has been hard to relax and undo the intense damage. This product has really helped me relax and begin to try and change muscle tightness/memory. I do have one small complaint. The fact that this prosuct has helped me is tremendous. BUT it does feel like some of the screws are becoming loose and once that happens as one other viewer stated, there isn't anything that can be done. I wouldn't let that cause you to not purchase this product tho. Such a thing happens from time to time. But I do want this review to inform the company that they should pick up on their quality control just in case so this doesn't start to happen more frequently.
