I am writing this review with the new keyboard. It is small, compact and works well with my windows laptop. It is light weight and has a bottom texture that holds on to the surface. The keyboard lights up wonderfully. It even came with a small stand. I have a travelling job and hence wanted to make sure that I get a light weight keyboard that fits perfectly into my laptop case. The bluetooth pairing was easy and convenient. Will take time getting used to this... This is just my first day using it. Will keep this updated.

To start, I'm using this keyboard to type this review. So far, it's turned out better than I expected. The keyboard is very light but has a sturdy feel to it. It paired very quickly with a Dell Venue 8 Pro with Windows 8.1. All features work as described, including the backlight feature. I'll update this if I ever run into any problems or if anything changes in general.

Can't believe this works so well! When folded, it's the size of your hand so it easily will fit in your pocket with your phone. The magic happens when you unfold it. Amazingly it lays and stays flat once unfolded, which originally worried me when I bought it. The track pad automatically works with every Android device, but not with any iOS devices. I tried it on an iPad Mini 4 and while the keyboard types, shortcut keys didn't work for me. Everything works well with Android, but iOS is iffy. It's listed as working, but maybe only for iPhones & iPods, or other iPads. Other than that, the track pad could track a bit faster, but it doesn't have delay, just slow tracking. You get used to it and I don't believe you can change it (haven't found how to yet), but it still works and isn't bothersome. Overall, it's worth the $30 I paid & I should have bought this much sooner instead of a standard bluetooth keyboard that didn't fold. Comes near fully charged & with charging cable. You really can't go wrong here!

Using this keyboard to write this review. I've had this device for three weeks. This keyboard is even a little better than what I was hoping for. The keys are large enough for traditional touch-typing---I'd say 85-95% of normal size---and the action and responsiveness is nice. There are no "misses," i.e. having to push a key multiple times to get it to register. There are only a few things for a touch-typist to get used to when you use this keyboard: numbers 1-4 are placed a little differently to accommodate the folding, portable nature of the device, and a few keys (t, f and v) and smaller than normal for the same reason, but you get used to it quickly if you use it all the time. The touchpad is a joy to use. I'm already used to double-tapping and two-finger tapping for right and left clicks, so that was no issue for me at all. Best of all, the keyboard is both sturdy and foldable/portable; it could theoretically fit in your pocket. Lastly, battery life is amazing and I had no issues pairing the keyboard with my no-name Chinese Surface knock-off clone. So far, I have had zero issues with this keyboard, and would recommend it to anyone in similar circumstances.

After a doing a decent amount on online research for a bluetooth keyboard for my Kindle Fire HDX, I came across this one and figured I would give it a try. I was intrigued by the option of the backlit keys and the overall dimensions seemed to be a perfect fit. Once it arrived, I couldn't have been more surprised! The size of the keyboard is just right and the backlit keys are in fact a great option. The initial set up and pairing of the keyboard with my Kindle Fire was seamless and took a matter of seconds. The overall design and feel of the keyboard is great. The keys are very responsive and don't feel loose or weak at all. They are well spaced out and I have no issues at all having big hands. I am very pleased with the overall design and functionality as a whole. To top it off, the free tablet stand was a nice touch as well! PROS: For the value & price, the design, features. & functionality are great. The dimensions are great for a person with big hands & the overall feel is not cheap in the slightest. The backlit keys are a great touch too! CONS: None right now... I am very pleased and may be hard pressed to find any...

Overall I'm very happy with this one. It's simple, the keys feel very good, and everything works the way you'd expect it to pretty much without reading the instructions (though those are readable and helpful). The learning curve for key placement was very short. It's cramped as you'd expect but the key travel and nice firm presses make it competitive with my expensive laptop's keyboard (I keep my laptop on a stand to reduce eye, neck, and back strain). The colors are pretty without being obnoxious; I love that you can pick the color and brightness; it's one of those features I didn't know I wanted until I tried it. However, I also wish that the keyboard would remember the last color/brightness setting when I turn it off and then back on again. The size and weight are fantastic-- any laptop bag at all and most tablet bags will have plenty of room to squeeze this in. The body of the keyboard has a raised area at the top and in the corners. No effect whatsoever on comfort, but it means that when you stow the keyboard you do so with the keys facing inwards towards your tablet or laptop and that lip protects the keys from bumps and jostles in your bag. It's a very nice touch. Durability seems very good so far. Usability is good, too. As I said, the learning curve was very short. Power management is very good; great battery life and yet the keyboard isn't annoying about going into sleep mode. Some very smart timing settings on that. Wake-up takes a second or two but since it's so smart about when it goes to sleep in the first place, this works out just fine. One issue I have had is the placement of the function key; it's where you'd expect on a windows box to have the Control key. Swapping that and Control would have been smarter-- it's how most laptops do it. Also in windows mode, the Alt and Windows keys are swapped. I like that the Mac mode keys are right where you expect them, but there's no reason that the option key couldn't have been the windows key, and the command key be the alt key in PC mode. Also, the right command key should be the windows context menu key in PC mode. This stuff is easy to get used to, just a little annoying and it stands out in a design that's otherwise so polished. A few other minor issues. The labels on the LEDs in the top right corner are already wearing off. This isn't much of an issue because even if there hadn't been labels at all they'd be self-explanatory. The key labels are fine. I do wish that the keyboard had been one of those where you can pair it to multiple devices and then switch between them via a slide switch. Then I could use it with my phone, tablet, or laptop as needed without re-pairing. Finally, the keyboard originally slipped around on desks, which in addition to being annoying felt like it was bothering my wrists. The bottom is slightly rough but not enough to provide friction. So I bought some rubber feet Rubber Feet Adhesive Rubber Pads, over 1 Inch Diameter Round Self Stick Bumpers, Thin Clear Bumper Pads plus Alcohol Prep Pad - 16 Pack and put one at each corner and one in the middle. Now it's stable as hell and very comfortable to use. Overall, this is a great example of inexpensive but not cheap. It's a great value for the money. A few tweaks would make it even better, but that shouldn't stop you from getting it now. I'm very pleased.

So far, there has been only one minor problem using it with a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 tablet. If I'm just using the touchpad to scroll up and down a web page, it will lose the connection with the tablet. Just going back to the tablet's Settings and pairing it again fixes that. Assume that is because it is primarily a keyboard, not a pointing device. Not enough of an issue to downgrade the rating. The keys are responsive and not too small. Other portable keyboards were either too small or did not have a touchpad. Love that it has the touchpad, because a mouse gave me carpal tunnel syndrome. Haven't needed to charge it yet either, after using it 2+ hours/day for 4-5 days. Will be trying it with a Samsung Galaxy S9 phone soon, as my tablet needs a repair and the shop is waiting for a part to arrive. Have read that S9s sometimes have issues pairing with Bluetooth devices. We'll see...

I travel a lot for work so I got this when I don't have my laptop, but need to write an email that's more than two sentences. I've found this super helpful, easy to connect, and it has a long battery. It's quick to re-connect when you turn it on and it folds very nicely and I've found the folds don't interrupt my typing flow. I've uploaded a photo comparing it to the Samsung Galaxy S8, as well as a photo that shows how flat it is, it's thickness and what it looks like from the top. It didn't come with the scratches on it. that's from the travel abuse it has had to endure. I wish a had a nice and compact hard case for it to protect it. But it seems pretty durable.

I really kind of love this. It never occurred to me that I needed a keyboard for my Kindle, until my desktop actually stopped working. We do all the banking and bill paying online. We keep our ledge online in Google Drive. I managed to take care of everything that needed taking care of from my Kindle, but it was a monumental pain in my behind, especially the keeping of the ledger. My PC was repaired, but I decided I wanted to be better prepared to use my tablet as a stand in, in case the need ever arose again. This fits the bill perfectly. It's so much better, being able to tab from cell to cell in the ledger. And it's soooooo much easier to use it to text and use Messenger. I'm decent with thumb typing, but this just blows it out of the water. It's small enough to fit in my purse, so I always have it. I love being able to just set up really quickly and shoot off an email to my kid's teacher without worrying about some thumb typed auto-correct disaster. This was worth every penny. I wish I would have purchased it sooner. Edited: I decided to conduct on experiment on this in order to see how long it stays charged. I charged it up completely the day it arrived, which was September 13th, and I used it until it died, which was today, November 1st. I have used it every single day since it arrived for *at least* two hours a day, sometimes more. I usually always remember to turn it off when I'm finished with it, but there have been three or four times that I've forgotten. So this keyboard held it's charge, with consistent, daily use, for exactly seven weeks! That's pretty darned good. Still worth every penny.

I'm using it right now, and it's not bad at all. The keyboard takes a while to get used to, as the t is undersized and the keys are small. There is a ridge where it folds up that takes some time to get used to, too. Not a deal breaker though. When I started with it, I could barely write, but now it's a whole lot better. I was looking at the iClever one earlier, but I went with this one because of the apostrophe actually being on the keyboard, and I'm glad I went with it. The touch-pad isn't the best, but it's great for what it is. It's a bit small, and it doesn't have physical buttons, so click and drag is an issue. The touch-pad is terrible at first, but after being broken in, it's fine. Most of the problems can be fixed with some modification. I'd recommend going to the touch-pad settings, turning sensitivity to high and turning on "tap twice and drag to multi-select" to fix the click and drag issue. The only issue I have with it now is that pinch and zoom is way too sensitive, so every time I scroll, I accidentally zoom, which is really annoying. Anyway, great keyboard. The size is great, not too small to type on comfortably, and the track-pad is great for moderate use. I would recommend a mouse to go with it, but it's not necessary. The Bluetooth works fine, too.
