This product is authentic NC country ham that cooks up right (with strong coffee), smells right in the kitchen, and tastes like the ham was carefully selected and cured the North Carolina way. Really!

Perfect!

My husband grew up in the south and this ham was a staple in his childhood home. We can't buy it where we live and I ordered it as a surprise. The ham is absolutely delicious and tastes exactly as it should! Thank you Ray's Country Ham, we will be ordering again!!

Good Southern country ham

Living in the West, I really miss country ham; not to be had out this way. I've eaten one package and it was delicious! The slices are a nice size for one serving.
