I was obviously missing out on what this has in it. My sleep was poor and I couldn't figure it out. After the second day of putting this in all of my water, I experienced a sense of relief that is hard to explain. I went to a state of relaxation as I went to sleep. I thought I had anxiety, but I was really missing some electrolytes in my diet. I am a believer from now on. Thank you!!!

I keto diet and intermittent fast off and on and when I'm on keto I can sometimes get leg cramps at night if I don't get enough electrolytes during my heavy fasting periods. This STOPPED all my leg cramps COMPLETELY! AND, when taken as directed, I did not notice a bad taste! I was adding it to plain water.

If your carnivore, keto or fasting, you need electrolytes. Really, everyone needs them. This one much better for everyone than sugary sport drinks, I add it to my water. Keto Chow has done the work formulating a healthy balance of minerals so I don't have to, thanks dude! My MD also recommended this, so yeah!

Every single day I take 14 oz of coffee with 2 Tablespoons of butter and a capful of this. It's all I have until about 4:00pm. I've lost 48 lbs so far on keto; about 25 to go, and I'm still losing 1.5 - 2 lbs/week. Dr. Berry recommended this and I'm glad I have added it to my coffee. I feel great all day long and find the intermittent fasting to be much easier with this product added to my butter coffee. (I use Kerrygold butter from grass-fed cows.)

These drops are tasteless which is wonderful. I add them to my water several times a day to ensure I am obtaining optimal hydration as I am new to Ketosis. Would recommend Keto Chow drops again and again!

My Mothers doctor said she might need some electrolytes. I had used Keto Chow brand last year and was impressed with their products so I got this item. I decided to try this because Dr. Berry recommended this product / brand and swore it doesn't taste bad. I agree! I put the drops in my water, tea, etc. Not only does it stop the crippling painful calf, foot arch and forearm muscle cramps & knotting up but it also keeps my heart beat from fluttering sometimes. (I had a test run and my heart /vascular system is fine - electrolyte imbalance can cause your heart to suddenly, for no reason start to flutter fast or pound a few times, then it goes back to normal just as suddenly as it starts.) Taking the drops corrected all of it. I do eat a low carb/zcarb/keto/carnivore diet. The're eazy to take because the drops don't make my drinks taste like I'm sucking on an uncoated vitamin! ♥️👍😁

I started a fast. I got to day 4 and still felt awful even though I started off already in Ketosis. I was weak and dizzy. Dr. Ken Berry suggested this mineral supplement and It arrived on my day 4. I nearly crawled to the mailbox to get it. I put a big ole squirt in my water. Almost immediately I felt a little bit better. About half an hour later I drank another glass of water with a bunch of this ( I didn’t measure) I felt 100% within 10 minutes. I’m not kidding! I have felt great since. I just finished day 6. I feel great!
