It's very easy to install and doesn't take long. The overall quality seems fine; the magnet works great and it's quiet. I have a big cat and he fits easily. Now finally no more door scratching, carpet tearing, door open too wide, ...

OMG i ordered this for my Cats so they would stop getting shut up in my bedroom!! LIFE SAVER!! For THEM anyway!! LoL!! I did however take the door off because they wanted to run in and out in the middle of the night while playing and waking me up i swear (They sound like toddlers running through the house)

It’s what you expect.

Works fine if you have common sense and the proper tools. Cats figured it out within a day. Even my large 18lb cat has had no trouble.

I love this!! It took my cats a bit to figure it out. Once they did they been using it and even playing with it. When one cats walks in the other is standing by the door and smacks them and runs lol. My ferrets learned to use it as well! I used it on an interior door since my pets are all indoor only. There are some pros and cons of it though. Pro: easy install and sturdy. Door flap is thick enough were they can't break it. The features to lock it are great! You can lock it so they can enter only or exit only. Or you can have it swing both ways or lock it completely. Cons: Sometimes the lock slips while they are using it and it will either lock them out or in. If you lock it to enter only the cats and ferrets learned to lift the flap to get out. The first use my cat got his paw stuck and kinda slid down on his side in defeat. Kinda amusing and sad all at once lol. But once he did that he learned not to try and lift it again. Other than that this works great for the price. Very impressed! Would definitely buy another for when we buy our house.

Great quality

I really like it! Great design, robust and durable. The flap, the lockers works well, and my cat found it very easy to get in and out. Easy to install, the instructions were excellent. I strongly recommend this cat flap to anyone!!!

Good value

Easy to install, looks good , one of my cats however will go through the opening but not come back in , so have to leave the flap up most of the time , but that’s easy enough to do with a little chain and hook , not a fault of the product , just a temperamental feline !!!

Dislike the cheap metal screws-easy to exchange for good quality wood screw, especially if the wood is a very hard oak. The two slide locks are very easy to slide by the cat rubbing his tummy or toes on them, potentially locking him in or out. First thing, I popped them off so door swings free. Instructions were helpful, installation simple, looks very nice and modern, and works nice with magnet catch. Very quiet operation, so I added two little jingle bells on strings inside that the flap bumps when opened or it closes, comforting sound because it tingles different in both directions. 2 pet kids took to it easily on their own, no coaxing necessary. High quality, good value, easy installation, safe for kids, and I think the pet kids enjoy hopping in and out, since they come and go 24/7, I sure like it as perfect addition for pet safety.

What We Wanted!

We installed it very quickly. The cats love it already. They can come and go as they please which gives us peace of mind. Great quality and it's very easy to install and use. The magnetic closure is great. I recommend it for sure!

Never had a cap flap before and I really like it. Providing my adorable cat an independence, is priceless! When my cat is outside, and I want him to stay inside there is the setting for that - come in and not go back out, plus three others great locking system. Great quality products. Fantastic!!!
