I bought these steak knives for a birthday present from my mom? I did a lot of shopping and research and these were probably the best choice. I'm glad I made it. So, they arrived and were shipped perfectly with the common cardboard but durable case. The knives themselves are extremely durable and have both serrated edge and near the handle is a straight blade- razor sharp to. While they look like they be heavy, but they're not/they feel really nice and I can't wait to eat steak on her birthday,even though she requested scallops! So, when she gets these knives the steaks will go on the grill. An excellent easily cleaned stainless steel with wood handles & look and are high-quality. Also, the closest thing I found on Amazon was by a Japanese brand that were four times the cost! So, your steak eating needs these! Thier great! Mama,,,She'll love them,
