A thermometer I can use. I've lost my hearing in both ears and getting close to zero hearing. I've bought a bunch of the newer thermometers but they're all listen to the beep. I don't hear a beep. This CocoBear Thermometer you just point it where you're supposed to and click the little trigger and read it. There's no waiting for a beep or anything else. I've very grateful for finding this because for medical reasons I need to keep track of my temp.

Very sensitive thermometer with accurate reading. Easy to use and does not need to touch the skin or food.

Read the directions. this has to be calibrated. We used an oral thermometer to record my temperature. Then used the digital one. We calibrated it to get the same reading when held 2 inches from the forehead. We retested the accuracy several time. CALIBRATE - TEST it. It was fantastic if used properly. You may get accurate readings right out of the box but you need to learn how far from the forehead to hold the thermometer. As I take my spouse's temperature several times a day due to medical issues- this product has been invaluable.

First one we found that worked for our family!

We have the worst luck with thermometers, until now! This one is the first out of 10...we literally own 10 thermometers and this is the first one that worked four times in a row on different people with varying temps. So we knew it was working. Like the little cloth bag to hold it in as well. Easy to use and even came with batteries!

It's that time of year and I'm updating all of my first aid kits in the house, cars and cabin and I realized that we don't have good thermometers! My stepson has special needs and he's much better with this thermometer than he has been with the traditional oral thermometer! Easy to use!

Ordered couple of days ago when my son was running temperature all week , it came on time and the model was pretty easy to use , came along with batteries and a pouch . It looked cute and so much easy to use ,took way less than a second to detect tempareture and is consistent and correct when ran multiple times , It has both celsius and farenheit modes. What a relief from traditional manual thermometers !!! Bonus my toddler is playing with it as a toy some times and having fun. It shows temperature in red/orange/green colors for alert based on temperature which is nice feature .

Works Great!

I really like this thermometer. It is easy to use and makes good accurate temperature measurements on both body and object surface. I wish it had a little bigger range, it can only measure surface temperatures of up to 140 deg F. But it's good enough for most common uses.
