Exceptional Customer Service!

Extremely pleased with both the product and the service provided by the merchant. I had a small hiccup after receiving the frames, but before I had the opportunity to go on Amazon- the merchant had already emailed me to check if I was satisfied with the product. Emails were prompt and efficient... I wish all merchants provided the same attention and service to their customers. Regarding the product, the frames are perfect. I love these picture frames. They are beautiful, sturdy, and completely worth the price. One thing is I used a mat in them with a picture and it was difficult to get the backing on the frame BUT I'm not counting that against this product. Just something to be mindful of.

Great frames!

These are really good frames for what we paid for them!! The back doesn’t look the best- very cheap looking. But we are hanging these flat on the wall so you won’t even see it. They are glass and the wood like finish looks really nice- gives the illusion we paid a lot for them.

Great Product & Customer Support

I received these frames and as glass will do sometimes, one was broken. Before I had even opened the package the company contacted me to see if there was any damage. I replied to them and 2 days later I had replacement glass! It is nice to have a company stand behind their product so amazingly. The frames are really nice too, just the color I wanted.
