Great product
Great product! It was ready to use right out of the box. We purchased three separate boards and have no complaints. We have been getting about 2 hours of use on a charge. My kids love them!

Battery charge indicator on the wall plug is the best way to know if it is charged
I was a little confused about knowing when the board is fully charged. The wall plug has a tiny red or green light to indicate charging of fully charged. I actually called the company and they called me back to answer my question. I feel like that is great customer support. Son loves his hoverboard - would recommend!

Comparison Review! The best hoverboard for kids! [UPDATED REVIEW]
The actual model number for this “Twist” hoverboard is T881. You won’t find the word “Twist” on the box that you receive. I was a bit confused when I noticed that the box did not mention the word “Twist” anywhere. It was well-packaged and arrived intact. *** Comparison with Swagtron Swagboard Pro T1 I previously ordered Swagtron Swagboard Pro T1 that cost twice as much. This was the first time I was ordering a hoverboard for my kids (10 and 6) so I went with one of the most popular hoverboard brand/model. T1 is a very popular model so it usually comes first in the search. I ordered two T1 hoverboards. Unfortunately, both were huge disappointments. They were not as easy to ride as this Twist model. The main difference between this model and the T1 is the battery. T881 has a Lead Acid battery as opposed to a typical “Lithium” battery. The Lead Acid battery takes longer to charge and drains faster. So it appears that the only benefit that comes with a Lead Acid battery is that it does not overheat like the Lithium battery does and therefore there is less chance of it catching fire, or worse, exploding in flames. Compared with the T1, this new T881 model rides much smoother and has an excellent balancing feature they call “Start-up Self-Balancing”. Unlike the T1, as soon as you press the power-on button, the hoverboard self-balances and stays flat so you can step on. In addition to this self-balancing feature, the T881 rides much smoother than the T1. There are no surprises like the unexpected vibrations or the sudden speed changes. For kids, this is the perfect hoverboard. *** Comparison with GOTRAX Hoverfly ION LED Hoverboard There is also this popular brand called “GOTRAX” that is one of the best sellers on Amazon for hoverboards. I extensively researched the pros and cons between this model and the GOTRAX model because they are both similarly priced. Both T881 and Hoverfly feature the power-on self-balancing feature where the hoverboards quickly balance themselves as soon as they are started. That’s about where the similarities end. Hoverfly also features more LEDs so if that is more important to you, that hoverboard may be good. It has LEDs on both wheels and they light up when riding. The two major negatives that Hoverfly has are these: 1. Wheel Size: Hoverfly has 6-inch wheels. T881 has slightly bigger 6.5-inch. Bigger size means it can ride better on uneven surfaces. 2. Motor: Hoverfly has a 200W motor in each wheel. That is a total of 400W. T881 has 250W in each wheel, so that’s 500W for the hoverboard. In summary, if you are looking for a hoverboard for your kid, this one is a good choice that you can’t go wrong with. I also ordered a pair of silicon sleeves for the T881 that fit it perfect and will keep it scratch-free.

Easy control
This model is awesome to ride around the house. Before I felt it was hard to control and danger when I saw my neighbor ride it, but my kid wanted it for his birthday present. I saw it was easy to control and stabilize the ride by kids.

Good product, fun for kids
Bought for my grandson, but it was making a clicking noise. The company was great, they took it back and sent us a brand new one which is perfect! My grandson has a blast with it, riding up & down the street.

Great Hoverboard!
I got this for my 8 year old. He LOVES it! He's never been on a hoverboard, so I was a bit worried due to the Twist design, however, he jumped right on and got the hang of it. It beeps every time his weight isn't evenly distributed, which is a little annoying to me, but he has no issues with it. It seems to last for quite a while also. He can ride it continuously for a few hours before the power indicator light comes on. Not sure exactly how long it takes to charge because we always plug it in at bedtime and let it charge overnight. The headlights aren't super bright, but they do the job. It doesn't handle slight inclines very well, but does great over bumps on the sidewalk and grass. I highly recommend for beginners.
