Simply said, rubber pads isolate vibrations thus reducing noise. Solid rubber, well made, comes with nuts and washers.

These are perfect! I previously purchased the other mostly plastic ones for my mini split and the vibration was unbearable, low hum throughout the house. These do the trick as the bolts are completely isolated in rubber. Anyone want a set if plastic lookalikes!?

Just the right stiffness for my compressor

These do great at isolating the vibration for my new compressor stand. I would have loved US threads, but once it's attached, it doesn't really matter. Perfect. FYI....the box this is shipped in might be the MOST Chinese box I've ever seen. Everything is written in Chinese, except for a single line of English.

These are great for shock absorbing and lifting the unit up.

Work great and they lift the system up about 3 inches so the drain lines are free to drain.

This is one of those items that for a few extra dollars now can save you headaches later. Probably didn't need to install them but believe in an ounce of prevention saying. No need to worry about vibration being a factor or concern.
