I'm going to be perfectly straightforward on this review and share things I don't like to normally share. I am 5'3", and around 400 lb. Thyroid problem. I'm trying to lose weight so don't judge please. I also have massive thighs. I thought because I was so heavy I should get the extra large ball. The one that tops out at 75 cm because I figured my weight would squish it down enough to where I could use it as an office chair and then exercise on it during my lunch break. Don't do that. Follow the chart and get the ball corresponding to your height and not your weight because you can always make the ball a little firmer but you can't make it smaller. My legs are short and I practically have to climb onto this thing to sit on it and the only way I can keep my feet grounded is to straddle and it is still very comfortable sitting in front of my desk but I have absolutely no way to move it without having to climb off and then climb back on. My husband is a few inches taller than me so I'm going to give him this one for his gaming room and I ordered the smaller size. Also the foot pump is way more awesome than a hand pump cuz you do get a work out but it does take a little while so if you have a little air compressor (I have an AirHawk) I literally filled the ball in a fraction of the time. Seriously. I highly recommend using something else if you have it but if anything the foot pump is vastly superior to the hand pumps that the other brands offer. I'm sitting on this thing right now and bouncing on it like crazy and it's taking everything I'm giving it. I will not post a picture because I'm a little embarrassed of my size right now ( I gained quite a bit away in a couple years after my thyroid gave out and I don't like where I'm at right now and that's why I'm trying to lose weight. I've never been a little girl but I've never been this big either) but this thing is taking all I am dishing out and I'm bouncing pretty hard on it I did my research and I'm very pleased with this brand and this ball I just need one a little smaller. Looking forward to tightening some muscles and not hurting my hips sitting in an office chair all day long. I also very much enjoy the color selection.

Comfy UPDATE! Great seller!

The ball itself works well and is very comfortable to sit on. Im currently 9 months pregnant and it really takes away my pelvic pain! I got the biggest ball they had which worked great for me because I'm a tall woman I'm 6ft1in. The only complaint I have is the ball itself came with some scuff marks on it which to me is tacky. Update! The seller sent me a new ball for no charge! It shows me that they care about the customers! The new ball I got was perfect!

Excellent product

Leaks air. Pump it up, use it....then pump it again. Cannot find a hole to patch or fix. It just... leaks air somehow. Maybe i got a dud. UPDATE: The company has replaced the ball. I did, indeed, have a dud. The replacement is exactly was i was hoping for. I filled it up the first time, used it for a week, then filled it the rest of the way (allows the material to finish stretching after being squished down to fit in the box). i am completely satisfied with this ball, and will recommend it for everyone needing one. The multiple sizes are great for a variety of activities. The box includes a pump so there is no need to go out and buy one. The material is non-slip, so the ball stays put on my wooden floors, and my bottom doesn't slide off. All in all? One of the best purchases i've ever made.

Lasted from August 19th-October 24th- updating my review to show the power in customer service. After finding out my yoga balls were not returnable, I was a bit bummed. I’m currently using these yoga balls in my 3rd grade classroom for flexible seating. After one ball started showing signs of leaking and constant pumping back up, I submitted my review to show the time frame of one of my flawed yoga balls. The company contacted me immediately, and to my surprise sent me two new balls to tryout with my students. They absolutely will be thrilled to see their favorite yoga ball back in the classroom!! Thank you- the power of customer service...

Throw out your chair!

I got rid of my chair and honestly this has made my upper back pain go away. I am a student and mom and I'm online all the time with homework and I would be so stiff and in so much pain. This small change of getting rid of my chair which was comfy and making myself sit on this ball has done more for my back then a year of physical therapy. Also it goes right under my desk and BONUS my husband can no longer hang every towel he uses to shower on the back of my chair and use it like a coat rack. I can't praise this enough and it works great for my 4 year old who has sensory processing disorder/ADHD it's one of the suggested Proprioceptive Activities suggested for high energy sensory seeking kids. Sturdy heavy duty ball

After buying several cheaper price and cheaper quality balls that never lasted more than a year from Wal Mart I decided to try the Trideer ball and was not disappointed. I use my ball for therapy every day an was not disappointed at all am considering another purchase to use as my office chair.

Quality Exercise Ball at a Great Price

This exercise ball is made with high quality, durable material. It’s very bouncy, sturdy, non-sticky, and non-slippery. The lines on the ball make it easy to hold, squeeze, and bounce even if you’re a heavy sweater. I use the ball both for exercise and as an office chair. I followed the size chart to find the right size, and this worked perfectly for me. The ball is packaged with a small foot pump, and took about 5 minutes to inflate. Also enclosed are an air hose, two different sizes of nozzles for the air hose, three white plug pins, and a plug pull clip. The colours are vibrant and aesthetically pleasing, and I used nail polish to paint the heads of the plug pins the same color as my ball. Although the simple instructions for initial inflation and use are posted midway down the product page, the instructions enclosed in the package are not nearly as clear and comprehensive. Before using for the first time, 1) use the enclosed measuring tape or your own tape measure to make a note of your ball height (45cm, 55cm, 65cm, etc.) with a piece of tape or post-it note on the wall (do not use it to measure the diameter of the inflated ball), 2) pump the ball up to about 80% of that height and leave it for 24 hours without using, 3) after 24 hours, pump the ball to slightly more than the full height (you’ll lose a little air when you transfer in the plug after pumping) then leave it for another 24 hours before using.

It didn’t work for me but great customer service

After speaking with customer service they actually send me a replacement and I was able to get a working pump. The ball is nice, and seems sturdy but didn’t work for me. I can’t get it to inflate at the size I need it but it’s a good ball. First of all, I noticed the little parts coming of the ball and a very weird order. Had to get it cleaned up with wipes, also noticed marks like dents. The pump wasn’t working properly, so it took a long time and eventually had to use my air compressor. I noticed, that after the first sitting today it lost some air, will try to air up again. If issue persist will reach out for a return.

Perfect exercise ball using as a chair

The purpose of this ball was to use while sitting at my desk for 8 hours a day. I hate all the sitting I have to do and have a hard time finding something comfortable. I normally would use my desk chair then move to a stool then sit on a ball I had. I was not happy with the ball so I found this one which claimed to be sturdy. It in fact is super heavy duty and sturdy. I found I have been sitting on the ball all day. I forget I'm not sitting in a comfortable chair. I sometimes get bored and will bounce on the ball a little to get the blood pumping! I would recommend this and will buy another one if I ever need to. I am 5'8" 155 lbs. I ordered the large size which is perfect for me.

Use it at work to sit on

I'm 5'5" and ordered the 65cm. I've purchased 2 other balls that were a different brand but this one was exactly what I was looking for. First, I don't use it for exercise. I use it at work to sit on. The 65cm height is perfect for me to use to sit on. I was worried it would be too big but it is inflated to 65cm and I have no trouble with the size as far as using it to sit on. Second, I love that it does not have sand in it. My previous ones had sand inside and the sound of the sand was too distracting and loud for office use. Third, I really appreciate that this one comes with a foot pump to inflate instead of some other hand pump. Makes it very easy to top off. I used my air compressor to inflate the first time so I don't know how long it would have taken to use the foot pump to inflate. Lastly, it comes in every color imaginable if that matters. The texture is not the slippery glossy type and is "grippy" so you don't feel like you are going to slide off of it. Overall, for what I bought it for, it's perfect. I've already ordered a second one for my home office.
