I started my keto diet week ago, and I was looking something to make an egg bite and cool staff. I found this and its hella successful. The material is so soft and not sticking at all. You can put in a freezer and oven doesn't matter. Good job. Thanks

Great for the instant pots

I bought this to make a great bites in my instant pot. They work great. I just fill them 3/4 full with my egg mixture, snap the tops on and put them in the cooker stacked on the rack with 3/4 of a cup of water and cook them for 10 minutes they turn out wonderfully. I did find however that I still need to spray these molds with Pam in order to get the bites out in one piece otherwise they don't want to release. I think my next project will be many muffins in them!s

I use these to freeze fruit. My daughters love having a frozen strawberry bite as a summer treat. I literally put a strawberry or two in with their own juices or maybe a splash of water and pop them in the freezer. Big hit with my daugthers

Best Choice for Egg Bites

The best thing is the rigid, silicone lid. There's no need to cover with foil. Also, these are larger than others, so only one is needed to be equivalent to one egg: if you normally eat two eggs, two of these will fill you as well. I haven't used them for anything else...yet.
