Great company that’s responsive to its consumer’s concerns.

Very attractive and once it’s set up it works great. Big problem was parts not fitting together smoothly during initial assembly. Pulling it apart required a forceful approach on one of the mills. I was afraid I’d break it while putting it together. I am still concerned that next time I need to change batteries or add pepper it will jam again. -I just got a gift grinder co. sent to make things right. It was easy to assemble and didn’t have any of the problems with parts fitting that the previous set had. Maybe the first box was a glitch. Glad to try your product again. I would definitely recommend it.

Work as expected

Got two and both work as expected. The outlook is good. One issue mentioned in many reviews is the motor is not powerful but for me they seems to work fine with peppercorn and rock salt so far. (Not sure if it is because I use new alkaline batteries in them and actually the speed is similar to my previous grinder from another company.) Another issue is the space for filling is not large. The grinder looks large but actually the space is just the transparent area so you cannot fill much into it. Another thing is, it is not easy to clean the inside as well. However, the latter two issues also found in my previous electric grinder so maybe they are common for the (cheap) electric grinders...

Great Grinders

These work very well. They take standard size AA batteries so I can use my stock of rolling NIMH rechargeables, which is, I think, easier than dedicated internal rechargeables that require their own cord for charging and may run out in the middle of a meal. I do wish a holder for both grinders was available..

Great grinder for the price!

I was a little skeptical at first because of the low cost, but read the reviews and thought I'd give them a try. So glad I did! Perfect lighted grinders, battery powered by 4 AA batteries, one handed operation, coarseness of the grind easily changable, has the little lid that they sit on and look great in my stainless kitchen. Over the years I've bought mills that cost a lot more and am very pleasantly surprised at the quality and style of these gems! Going to order more for Christmas presents!

I loved this salt and pepper shaker! I think the best thing about these Grinders is they have a plastic cap on the bottom to catch the little crumbs of salt and pepper so they don't get all over! They are awesome!

Excellent Set of Grinders

I really like this set of grinders and the customer service at Urban Noon is superb. We do a lot of home cooking and the grinders get almost everyday. I recently had a minor issue with the salt grinder. The adjustment knob on the bottom of the grinder locked up due to not adjusting for several months. I contacted the fine folks at Urban Noon and they quickly sent me out another replacement grinder... no questions asked. Do yourself a favor, if you're looking for a set of salt and pepper grinders... buy this set. They work excellent and if you happen to have any issues with them, I'm sure you will have no problems with contacting customer service at Urban and resolving the issue.

Such a great find!

This is my first time purchasing a grinder set and I honestly didn't know what to expect. After reading mixed reviews on several different brands, I am glad I decided to go with this one. I have had them for almost a month now and they are working great! Set up is easy, batteries last a long time and the units themselves are very sturdy. The caps come in handy to ensure no excess moisture enters the canister and to keep the contents hygienic. Pro tip: Grind your seasoning into a bowl and THEN add it to whatever it is you are cooking- although the steam or heat may be minimal, it may be enough to create moisture inside of the canister and damage your seasoning. A definite recommend for anyone who loves to cook efficiently!

Tired of Grinding Fresh Pepper? Here’s an Upgrade!!

This beautiful pepper grinder is easy to use! The button on top grinds the pepper corns as you press it. The light on the bottom let’s you see how much pepper you are using. Wish I had gotten one a long time ago!!

Great Design

I really like the way this salt grinder is designed versus my old one. The button to grind is on top and easy to push. This means a lot to a cook since you need an easy way to add salt to a dish while you are cooking on the stove top. I also love the stainless steel, which is ideal if you keep your grinders out in the open. I plan to purchase another to replace my pepper grinder.
