Perfect for cutting layers in cakes prior to frosting

The knife is sharp and serrated which makes it very easy to cut the layers in cakes prior to frosting. I only hand wash, never put my knives in the dishwasher. It came on time and is everything that was stated.

Cheap and serves it purpose well

I generally don't purchase the cheapest anything because you usually get what you pay for. This knife is cheap and serves it purpose.

Great knife, good price

It is long enough for sheet cakes and has a nice blade. I've been using my other cake knife for about 8 years but I'm glad I finally caved in and got this one

Pleasantly surprised by a great knife!

This is my second purchase of this knife (my first went missing after a cake delivery and serving), and I couldn’t be happier. I’m surprised by the sharpness and sturdiness of such an inexpensive product. I’m a baker and use it for leveling, layering, trimming, and serving. It’s worked so well, I’ll probably buy more just in case this one mysteriously goes missing too.
