Returned for not heating properlyf but the replacement irks perfect.

I bought it based on the reviews here. It is a nice solid unit. My objective was to get a better non-stick surface. I am returning it after two attempts to use it. It does not heat properly. If you do not turn it full on as hot as it can be it will not heat hot enough to cook food. And once it is on the hottest setting it will only stay there for two minutes and then it goes off without warning. The green light indicating it had reached its desired temperature never came on. This is a factory quality control,problem. They should test the unit, not me. Did I order a replacement of the same unit? No. Once is enough. Good looking and well built, but it does not do what it is intended to do, cook food. I received a new replacement and it works perfectly. The prior one had a faulty thermostat. The replacement works perfect. And cud’s to this company for trying hard to make it right by me. They did. They reached out and did what a responsible manufacturer should do. So I highly recommend this unit.

I have used this pan just about everyday now, You can easily adjust the temperature as needed when cooking. I like how this pan is so non-stick that I have had great success using it for stir fry, hamburgers, sausage, spaghetti sauce, fried chicken, bacon, pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches and chicken fajitas. It's a nice skillet which looks well. When I’m finished, I just quickly wash it out and let it dry. No mess on my cooktop and dinner is done. this skillet is perfect is the most evenly heated electric skillet I've ever owned. Folds up compactly for easy travel in a suitcase.

Best Electric skillet...EVER!

I got this for Christmas to replace my old well used, electric skillet. This is the best skillet I have ever owned. So easy to clean, heats amazingly even, the temp. control is spot on, & the non-stick coating is the best I have had on any pan. If your looking for a new skillet, this is the one.

I'm loving it.

I like size and the clear vented lid. This electric frypan can do everything. It is just cleaner and easier than making a mess in skillet or pans. I very happy to buy it.

I got this as a gift for my lovely mother, as a way too help from having to heat up the kitchen in the winter. She has said more than once that she wanted an electric skillet. She absolutely loves how this pan is so non-stick and easy to clean! Very happy with my purchase!
