Great for sauces.

I bought these for flan. They are not very deep. I think I would prefer to have then be smaller in diameter and taller in height. That being said, they would be great sauce holders.

Great ramekins!

These will be versatile ramekins. Perfect for many different things - baking individual servings or using as part of a cheese platter where you could put nuts, dried fruit, or olives in. After ordering other breakable items recently, I was very pleased that the ramekins came packaged well and were not broken. I thought it was a good value for the price.

These are handsome dishes with all kinds of uses around the kitchen, from Mise-en-Place to small dipping bowls. They’re stackable and very easy to store. Also, I had a problem with my order and the company Brew to a Tea took care of it immediately. I would definitely order from them in future!
