I used these to make an Asian dish which consists of steaming precooked gulitinous rice and seasoned chicken in the bowls. I wanted something strong and sturdy enouh to cook in and also to eat out of after it done steaming. These bowls were perfect and just the right size. Each bowl holds the good amount for one serving and the cost is vey reasonable.

perfect for my use

We love pot pies but hate the amount of sodium in commercial ones and homemade is always better. Pot pies are so easy to make. We had a food prep pot pie weekend and made a few dozen of them. I couldn't find this size locally. These are the perfect size and durable. Great price as well
