These knives are sleek and Sharp (in both ways). The picture didn't do them justice. So glad they are free of those seams that can start to be a problem.

Steak Knives

Every household needs some decent steak knives. The ones I got as part of my silver wear set were not cutting it so I decided to buy a set. The ones I had before had plastic or wooden handles that would break over time so I wanted some that were metal throughout which is what these are. They are stainless steal too which is a must. They are not too heavy to hold and feel just right. I would advise anyone to be careful when hand washing as they are sharp. Recommended.

I've only used them once, but they did fine. They are heavy and so cut well. The cutting edge does a good job.

I recently have taken a couple of cooking classes with some local chefs. They emphasized the importance of having good knives in your kitchen. Nice and sharp

These steak knives are silver color which match my kitchen set at home. They looks nice, not too heavy and sharp enough for cutting steak.
