Great hone for the money!

This hone worked great. I honed four cylinders with it and it did the last cylinder just as well as the first one. I'm not sure how long it will last but if you are needing to only do a couple of engines it is well worth the purchase. It is not a high speed hone. I believe this is why some people are having problems with the hone coming a part. I used a cordless drill with a speed of approx. 150 rpm it gave a great finish on the cylinders.

This was a sponsored product that popped up when I was searching for a cylinder hone. The description was very detailed so I figured let’s give it a shot. The tool is all metal construction and holds tension very well. This cleaned up my engine cylinders perfectly.

Good bang for the buck if you’re trying to re-hone cylinders that are within tolerance. Do you have to use a low RPM drill otherwise you will destroy the stones.
