great cart!!

Big! Sturdy! Easy To Assemble!
I put this together in 20 minutes and most of you, I'm sure, can put it together in 10. (I'm a woman past retirement age, with not too much upper body strength.) Brilliant design! Heavy duty, quality materials and construction! I love this cart and it must have at least one hundred different applications. For my purposes, it's either going to be an orchid cart or an art supply cart. The top is perfect for paints and a palette. It'll work anywhere from kitchen to garage to library. Perfect for easy moving of items from one place to another. If I need another cart will I buy this one? You bet! (That's a YES.) Instruction booklet has directions in English, Spanish and French. The instruction booklet has clear directions. NOTE: A level is a good idea and you will need a rubber mallet and a screwdriver -- NOT INCLUDED. Work gloves and goggles are also recommended, and are not included.) The first thing to do is "Insert Caster Sockets." Three went right in and the fourth one needed pounding. [This is where I used the level, because I wasn't sure that the one difficult caster socket had gone all the way in. I turned the tray right side up and used the level. It was fairly level.} #2 "Insert Spring Brackets and Casters." (Easy!) #3 "Insert Corner Posts." (I had to use the mallet.) #4 "Insert Middle Tray." (All I had to do was align the holes and the posts and push down with my hands.) #5 "Insert Corner Posts." (Again, I had to use the mallet.) #6 "Attach Handles To Tray." (I only had to push these down.) "Attach using the four screws." #7 "Attach Top Tray To Corner Posts." (No problem. Simply pushed it down with my hands.) I'd be happy if all of my furniture had casters like the ones on this cart!

EASY set up!
Bought this for our new multi-function laser printer and it's perfect for this use. Chose the 30" wide cart and the top is just the right size for our Canon ImageClass printer while the two shelves below have ample room for paper and toner cartridges. Set up was quick and painless with excellent instructions. As other reviewers have written, it is essential to have and use a rubber mallet and I would also recommend the use of a level during construction before the mallet is used.

Very well made, very sturdy rolling cart. Even better than I had hoped!
This cart arrived well packed and in perfect condition. All the aluminum side pieces were individually packaged in plastic and placed in 2 separate boxes..none had gotten any scratches or dents. The caster wheels came in another individual box. Looking at the shelves, you can see how well made they are, completely reinforced on the underside for absolute sturdiness. Everything was of high quality..nothing cheaply made here. And obviously it has to be put together. The instructions were clear and detailed and I went step by step even though most of putting this cart together was common sense. The instructions call for using a mallet in just about every step. I don’t have a mallet so I used a hammer and folded up dish towel so not to damage anything. It went together within an hour and it is one well made, sturdy rolling cart. The description states that it will hold 300 pounds..and I believe it. Each shelf measure a touch more than 29” x 20” (35” with handles) and has a ¾” edge all around so nothing slides off. There is about 12” in height between the shelves. This utility cart is so much better than I had expected. I am very happy with this cart and I would definitely recommend it! Oh, by the way, if anyone is wondering if they can put this together by themselves, I am a 73 year old grandma and if I can do it …

Sturdy durable cart
Easy assembly. It is a sturdy, durable cart. Perfect for transporting heavy tools and equipment. The shelves are thick and have molding underneath for reinforcement, so the shelves themselves should not bust through (as long as you're staying within the weight limit). It rolls smoothly and has nice durable wheels, as well. Great cart

Strong, tough, and holds quite a bit on the 3 shelves. I couldn't be happier with it.
I'm notoriously bad at assembling things, but I wanted it assembled, so I did it. It wasn't hard at all. I did mess up one thing. I put the screws in a bit too far, which made a little dent, but that doesn't bother me. This is a work-horse. I use it to stack boxes and packages as they are delivered. It rolls like a charm. There is a handle on each side and you just easily shove it out of your way with no effort at all. I couldn't be happier with it.

Rolls like a dream
Assembly was pretty easy and I am a petite woman, but I wish there had been markers on the legs to show when each leg was fully inserted into the top, just so I didn't have to guess. All the pieces were well made and fit together perfectly and were plenty tight. I used my rubber mallet to tap things down into place. It is pretty big and sturdy, with plenty of room to store your tools, etc. I added my shop fan first thing to get it off the floor. Tools will go on the 2nd and 3rd levels. I love how easily it rolls around in my garage.

A Cart Up to Any Task
A good strong rolling cart is invaluable at our house. We have a lightweight one in our guest room closet dedicated to holding towels, soap, tissue, and other supplies our guests might need. We have another in my office for current research material and extra pens, ink cartridges, clips, and other items I get into on a regular basis. We have a more solid one - a serving cart - for wheeling food, beverages, and accouterments from our kitchen to our living room and back. This cart, though, is special. It's able to hold a 300 pound load and its wheels are up to the task too. It's perfect for the garage - for heavy auto parts and boxes of tools. It's great for gardening; to hold bags of potting soil, heavy pots, garden tools, and, on the top shelf, lots of plants. It's great for all sorts of things. At our house, we're using it for extra kitchen storage for items we use frequently enough that we don't want to ditch them in hard-to-reach cabinets, but not frequently enough that we want them to take up counter space. We have our Ninja juicer/blender and big food processor the top shelf and can use these relatively heavy machines right on the cart for minor jobs. Our rice cooker and electric skillet reside on the middle shelf along with the immersion blender and hand mixer, and on the bottom one, we keep oversized cookware like a huge crockpot and the cast iron cornbread pans we use weekly. The cart came very well packaged and was a breeze to put together. Each shelf is 20"X30" and holds plenty of whatever you want to use it for. The shelves are a foot apart and the lip is about 3/4" tall - high enough to keep things from falling without being in the way. We are so pleased with this cart that we are thinking of getting at least one more for the garden next spring. It will slip right in and out of the shed for easy use.

Went together fast; sturdy and useful
This went together in about 15 minutes. All the parts are sturdy. Assembly was easy. No surprises. We're using it in the garage for tools that need to be rolled to different workstations. It's great for that purpose.

A bit tricky to put together, but the resulting cart is outstanding.
This is an outstanding cart, but you have to put it together. That would be easy except for one issue. The metal tubes that form the vertical elements must fit into slots in the shelf above, and the fit is very tight. If there is a slight angle, they wont go in fully and unless you are really careful to drop the shelf perpendicular to the vertical tubes, you will fail. The solution is to use a rubber mallet to slowly adjust the shelves before slamming them down. You can tell when the shelves are down all the way by measuring from the top of the shelf above to the top of the one directly underneath. The third and fourth pictures below demonstrate the measurement, which should be 35 cm (or 13 and 3/4 inches). Use a rubber mallet to slowly bang the upper shelf down to achieve that distance at all four corners. Otherwise, the shelves will not be parallel to the ground. The instruction manual is excellent and the assembly instructions clear and concise. Getting the shelves parallel and vertical shafts fully inserted is the only real challenge. The result is an outstanding heavy duty cart that looks nice and holds 300 lbs. For the sake of testing, I overloaded it to 368 lbs without any problems. The wheels rolled well even with the overloaded weight.
