Excellent tools
These drill bits are designed for use with materials where high pressure is inadvisable. I have used them successfully on ceramic, terracotta, and glass. The more traditionally masonry bits with their shallow angle cutting tip require pressure to work, in fact a hammer drill is advisable. These are more pointed and work with a minimum of pressure. Cooling with water is highly advisable.

Fantastic
I’ve been using a name brand time but that was more like a hole saw it worked but would not last long it also needed to be sprayed while using with water. I bought this whole set for less than 1 of the other bits not only did it not walk around when I started it made super short work of the job and feels like they’ll last at least twice as long as my other bits and I was using a small 12v drill. These are a great value.

Not like drilling thru butter !
This set of masonry drill bits included one or two of every size that I normally use. However I did not experience the "Like a hot knife thru butter " feeling. When drilling thru extremely hard brick, I found that it was more like cutting thru cornbread as I could feel some resistance. As I only drilled four holes thru the brick, maybe as I experience drilling on more projects, I will find the "Thru butter " experience. Maybe it was the Harbor Freight drill ??

Great bits, nice point, but the sizes might not run true
These are some fantastic drill bits. I bought a single 1/2 inch Bosch bit from Lowe's that had similar features. However it had a blunt tip. These bits have a point on them and make them much easier to work with. At first, I struggled with the 1/2 inch bit but then I figured out to use the smaller bit size first and then migrate up to the next larger size until I got the hole width I needed. Using the 1/2 inch bit up front takes too much material, more effort and more chances of cracking the material. I used the bits to cut through ceramic tile in the shower to hang a new Kohler shower arm. The only thing I noticed was that the Bosch 1/2 inch is not the same size as the 1/2 inch in this set. The 1/2 inch in this set is smaller. I have no idea which of the two is correct.

great product!
I was skeptical of these due to the price, but I had used several $20 bits trying to drill into my brick and burned them up. I figured for the price, give them a shot... well, they worked better than some very well known brands and cut through my brick like butter. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I just felt like I needed to give kudos to this product.

Works great with the right techniques.
They worked great to drill through the bottom of two thick glass bottles. If they bent, broke, or went dull on you, you need to slow down and add a lubricant of some kind. I used a little clipper oil, but anything to reduce friction will work. It also helps for larger holes to use the smaller bits to drill pilot holes so you're not putting so much wear and tear on one bit. Take breaks for them to cool off they're getting hot.

Look No Longer!
The short review is buy these! I wished to fit a Ring video doorbell. Knowing how bad included drill bits are normally, I used one of mine. The photo showing a bent bit shows what happened to that one trying to drill one hole in my brick. I then used the bit included with the doorbell. That one was virtually useless. It took nearly one hour to drill 1.5 holes using 2 drill bits. I then bought this set of bits. I used one and it went through the brick like a hot knife through butter. The other thing I liked with these bits is that they have a shank shaped to minimise the bit rotating in the chuck. Enough said!

Does the job easily
These things are crazy. They cut through anything like butter, but more like cutting frozen butter. They will take a second to grip but once they do you’re flying. If you are drilling glass note, once the bit pokes through to the other side of the glass it will widen the hole way way faster and if you’re applying pressure you can easily break the glass

Great product; great customer service!
These are amazing!! I have an old 1920s house with plaster that’s as hard as anything I’ve encountered. After breaking 4 drill bits, I did some reading and decided to try masonry bits. These are wonderful! They drill right through the plaster AND the very hard old-growth wood in the house. I’ve been told by a knowledgeable builder that these are unorthodox uses for masonry bits but...hey! It works and I’m grateful for a great product at a reasonable price! Customer service is also amazing! One small drill bit was accidently left out of my package. I contacted the seller, who insisted that they send an entirely new set. It was fed-xed the next day. I’m very impressed!!

Masonry Drill Bits
I've gone through a few set of 'Masonry Bits' and they all seem to fail me. I've never had such a hard time drilling through concrete and along comes this set. I am so happy I bought this. I am finally able to drill through concrete, brick, wood - I mean whatever you name it. It doesn't break, it gets scorching hot though!
