Fabulous pan!

I have used this pan several times now. It cooks up things very well and cleans extremely easy. It is the perfect size for all of those one-pot meals I love to cook. I had a pan similar to this years ago and I loved the size and depth, but it was Teflon and I didn't want that again. I've seen many of those copper pan sets advertised and thought this would be a good test pan as I needed it more than the saucepans that come with the set. I am not at all disappointed and would buy this again, or any other saucepan size like it, in a heartbeat. I love it!

Apprehensive at first.

When I received this skillet it seemed very light weight and I had my doubts about it. But after using it for a couple months it has turned out to be one of my favorites. NOTHING will stick to it and it cleans up super easy.

Best purchase I ever made

I bought this fry pan in April of this year and have used it every day since. It is so ideal to cook sauces, eggs, bacon (that I had cut in half), Chicken, and other meats. It is very easy to clean . Just remember to use non-scratch utensils in it. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for a wedding gift. I would buy more of this type of pan if I could find the smaller ones. All I can say is BUY IT.

Excellent pan for the money!

I needed a deep pan and this one is amazing. I like to cook large skillet meals and was tired of the ingredients escaping the pan. This pan is awesome. It heats evenly and holds a lot of food. I wish I would have ordered it sooner!!

Best Yet

This pan has turned out to be the best frying pan purchase I have made yet. Lid fits well and it is very easy to clean. Cooks best on low to medium heat. No need to use high heat which is nice.

Great pan!

I was looking for a non-stick saute pan with 3 inch high sides and this one was a great choice. It is light weight with a wonderful non-stick surface that easily wipes clean. The pan heats evenly and is large enough to make a pot of chili.

Low heat and cleans up fast.

We had purchased the set of fry pans and saucepans and wanted to fill a necessary void of having a deep saute pan and this fit the bill, you cook on lower heat and you can't put it in the oven but that doesn't matter it matches the set and it works and cleans up fast. Great value for your dollar.

Great pan!

This Michelangelo pan is wonderful. I've needed a large pan for ages and am glad I bought this one. I'm not very strong, so the helper handle is fantastic. This pan also cleans up well. I don't turn the heat up past 6 and usually cook on 4 or 5 (high medium). I DO hand wash it--so easy!!!

Very nonstick

We were looking for a pan that was nonstick, deep, and durable. It is to early to say how durable it will be in the long term, but after about 3 months of frying eggs every day, it seems as good as new. I have tried front eggs with no oil, and that worked ok, but it is much easier to use a little grease of some sort. Cleaning is super easy, and I rarely even clean it after just using it for eggs.
