Purchased this to make tarts with gluten free crust. Gluten free doughs and crusts can be very sticky. This pan worked great! No sticking and no soggy bottom.

These are well-made pans that work as you would expect. Having removable bottoms makes them easy to use. It also makes it a snap to serve your tart without being in the pan. This makes for a better presentation. Plus, it is easier to serve.

Great Pan

Great Pan. I use it for key lime pie and lemon meringue pies. They always stick to my traditional glass pie pan. This makes it hard to cut clean slices that are easily preventable and photographable for Instagram (Priorities). Now all 136 of my Instagram followers can appreciate my pretty pie slices

I have been very please with these pans. I bought them to make my first ever tarts in and they work great. They are easy to clean as well. Great product.

Great product , great value

Very well priced and very nice product. The only item I noted was that the dough did get a bit in between the rim and the bottom part, but I think this would happen with any product like this since it's bottomless.
