I like it all! I truly wish they had more pots or pans made of the stone interior. The copper finish is lovely and handle is cool during heavy use.

Beautifully made sauce/simmer pan

I've had this pan for about three weeks now and it has quickly become my favorite. Even heat distribution, nothing burns but it comes to a perfect light simmer. Well made pan. I hope it lasts forever.
