Super simple solution when traveling with kids

Pros: 1. Even my almost 5 year old daughter can figure it out after 2 uses 2. So easy for travel - lightweight, easy to inflat and deflate 3. My daughter said it is very comfortable even for our longest car ride which was about 2 hours each way during the last trip 4. I tried to move her around while seated and it is not slippery at all. She stayed in her seat very well. Cons: 1. It is not as compact as the other portable/foldable booster but it’s good enough to manage on a trip 2. I wouldn’t use it as a long term solution as I think it can pop by accident. It didn’t happen to my 2 week trip Overall I highly recommend this for travel or as a backup booster for caretaker. I can see ourselves using this for a long time and possibly getting another for my son when he is old enough.

Perfect for uber/Lyft

We purchase two of these for our trip to Disney World recently. We were staying on property and did not have a car. We primarily used the busses, but we had some reservations at other resorts or wanted the option to take an Uber or Lyft in the way to the hotel when the parks closed and the busses would be insane. Having these saved us money from paying extra for an uber or Minnie Van with seats in it. They were very light and worked wonderfully each time. I am glad we have these for future vacations when we may not have our vehicles.

Nice and high, with thoughtful 'safety & fit' feature (strap to pull shoulder-strap down as needed)

I purchased this after the so-manieth long-distance travel with a giant car seat. At 4 years old, it felt like there had to be a more compact option that was still safe. Hooray for Hiccapop. I'd looked at other brands like the BubbleBum, but it just seemed a little too low and minimal for what we needed at barely 4 feet and 40 pounds. This one surprised me in that it was still pretty heavy and large compared to what I was expecting. It actually has some structure in isn't just a 'balloon' to sit on, which feels more solid and safer. It inflates nice and high, so my four year old almost fits the car's shoulder-strap seat belt safely just on its own. But not quite, and that's what a smart 'strap' system is for: to lower the car's shoulder-strap seat belt so that it is at the correct height for the child (not in her neck). I am really pleased with this purchase. I have this permanently in my car so I can tote around an extra child at any point in time, while also being able to quickly remove it in case I need to tote an adult instead. And, this is what will be traveling with us going forward. I recommend.

3rd Time's the Charm!

I was ready to buy yet another Bubble Bum after we forgot ours in NV as we hurried for our flight back to CA. I'm glad I found this --- which is way more portable than the Bubble Bum and more convenient than MiFold. For someone who uses Lyft\Uber constantly, this works for us perfectly. When not in use, I can deflate it, completely flat and put it in my backpack without it occupying so much space as Bubble Bum used to and still be light enough, unlike MiFold. It's also wider than the other 2, make it more comfortable for my chunky 7yo son. This is my 3rd brand to try for portable booster seats and I am happy and satisfied! 😊

Great for travel

It is super compact for a booster when it is not inflated. I will definitely be taking it with us when we travel or when my son had a friend visiting and we don’t want to lug around a big booster. The quality of the materials is fantastic. The fabric is thick and don’t look like it will wear easily and the inner bladder is made of a really this material that doesn’t look like it will puncture easily. Once again hiccapop has nailed it with product design and was of use. It only took about 6 lungfulls for me to fully inflate this.

Great travel booster seats!

I purchased 2 of these very last minute for a recent trip because I didn’t want to pay an extra $100 for car seat rentals. (I was definitely grateful for one day shipping.) These were perfect for what we needed. They worked out absolutely great! They are easy to set up and take down. I was so grateful for the compactness of them when we weren’t using them as well. The material that the inflatable part is made out of is very thick so I imagine it will last a long time. I felt like the shoulder belt adjustment was tricky to figure out and it would’ve been helpful to have a video to see how to work that part out, but it worked out great anyways. Now that we are home I’m thinking of using them when we are in need to use them in our other car.

A great Booster for travel, school and grandparents

We love the Hiccapop Uberboost Inflatable Booster Car Seat. It's very portable and easy to inflate. We had a leak issue with the first one we received and contacted Hiccapop and they were great at sending a replacement and return shipping label for the defective one. I love that it's very easy and convenient to store as well as use. My son says it's very comfortable. This will be great for airplane travel to have a booster for our destination. It's so light and compact. It's easy to transfer from one vehicle to another. I also love that I can use this as a booster at restaurants too.

Recommend for travel!!

I bought this inflatable booster seat for a trip to Hawaii where we got a rental car. The product rolls up in a nice little bag and can be taken on your carry on or checked bag because it doesn’t weigh much at all! This booster was fully inflated and used for 9 days and did not need to be reinflated at all. All you do is run the car seatbelt though the hoops on the side so it’s quick and easy. Even a kid can manage it. Great product for the price and will use for many more trips! Thank you!

Perfect Portable Booster Seat Option

Recently went on vacation where we needed a car seat for minimal car transportation between airport and hotel. We found the Hiccapop seat option, so thought we'd give it a try. It was exactly what we wanted/needed. It stored inside a backpack, easily inflated/deflated, and will be recommending this product to anyone with similar situations. This product saved us time and money.

Better than anticipated!

I bought this to help us get to and from the airport on a recent trip. After reading reviews of this and other “travel” products, I figured it was better than no booster but that was about it — it exceeded all expectations!! We had a loaner booster waiting for us upon arrival but not meeting us at the airport. Plus we needed a way to get to and from the airport on our end. My child is 4’ 4” and about 55lbs — so not ready to go without a booster. But the reviews weren’t really making me feel better. We took this for a test run before we left — I let my kid get it set up (he’s an engineer at heart) and he installed it well (a huge plus). We went for a ride around the block, slamming on the brakes unexpectedly and the booster plus seatbelt kept my son in place better than the rest of us. I was impressed — no sliding at all, it really seemed to hug him. When we got to our destination, we tested out the loaner booster (not inflatable) — it kept sliding around on the seat, and left my kid in a vulnerable position when we slammed on the brakes. We ended up using this one instead for the majority of our trip, pleased with its performance throughout. Back home, I still prefer our high-back seat — a friend’s kid survived a nasty accident because of their high back so I’m not getting rid of it anytime soon. But for travel? This far exceeded my expectations and my experience of “real” low back boosters. I call this a huge win.
