Perfect cargo liner for the Chrysler Pacifica

I started looking for a cargo mat for my new Pacifica as soon as I ordered it last December. There are a ton of (mostly expensive) floor mats out there for the vehicle but none that met my configuration - rear seats down, one second row seat removed. As the car is my first new vehicle in 20 years, & I travel with a posse of three fuzzy dogs, I really wanted to protect the carpet. After looking fruitlessly for 6 months (& being chastised by my friend who details cars) I started looking for solutions other than something made for the vehicle. This bed liner is PERFECT. Quite heavy, exactly the right width, & very easy to cut. Plus It’s between 1/4 and 1/2 of the cost of the custom “solutions” that didn’t meet my needs. I would think this would work for most people who primarily use their SUVs or minivans to transport critters rather than people.

Does not fit a Ford F150 as advertised.

Tail gate does not close unless you trim the rubber. Screws are too weak or too small. Several broke off after drilling the proper size pilot holes and trying to install.

Great for pig pen liner.

Obviously I didn’t buy this to put in my truck but it was the perfect solution for our piggy pen! Thick enough where the pigs can’t root holes in it (if you’ve ever seen pigs they can tear up anything) and Soft enough not to hurt soft indoor piggy hooves. I cut it smaller to fit the pen and used part of the leftovers as a mat for their bowls. I did notice an obvious rubber smell but it wasn’t overwhelming and went away after just a few hours. Great buy and I’ll buy again if this one ever get ruined (I think it will last many years though).

Nice mat!

The mat is very nice. DEFINITELY not 3/4 of an inch thick. More like 3/8" . Yes, you may need to cut the mat around the lock mechanism but it took me 45 secomds to do both. I used mine on an F150 which has an aluminum box. So, to prevent galvanization at the screws I used 1" aluminum pop rivets. Use the wide flange, though! It worked perfectly. It was quick to install and looks great.

truck bed mat

This mat fit perfect in my 2006 Toyota Tundra. Truck has an installed bed liner made of plastic/fiberglass. Items loaded in truck bed tended to slip around. This mat fit perfect between wheel wells & prevented loaded items from slipping.

Not what I expected at all.

Read this review before you buy!!!! The add said that this mat fits my Tacoma, but it was way too big. I missed the part about the “cut too fit” requirement which is my fault, but when cut to fit, it looks unfinished. Because of its thickness, it was extremely difficult to cut, and the pre-drilled holes in the mat, didn’t even come close to matching the holes in the tailgate, adding to its unappealing appearance. Very difficult to install and it doesn’t look as good as I would like it to. I went ahead and installed it but in retrospect, I would have chosen to spend more money and purchase one specific to my Tacoma. It will work for its intended purpose, but a true ugly duckling. Beware!!

Took a while to get, but worth the wait

This was exactly what I was looking for. It did take quite a while to get to me for some reason. But the price made the wait worth it. Comes with mounting screws, but you must pre-drill the holes. I had to cut my matt down, because it was a bit wide for my 07 F150, & my tailgate would not latch with out taking the 1st inch off both ends.

I have a 2010 dodge ram 1500, this fit my truck gate perfectly, no cutting etc. I would recommend you get some self tapping 1inch sheet metal screws, because the ones that come with it are not very good. To easy to screw one in and break it off. just get better screws right from the get go and save your self a headache.

does the job

great matt. we use it for our truck 8’ bed and put a 3500lb truck camper on it. its durable but on the end it kind of tore but the rest of it has held up.. you can cut to size. and regarding the smell umm its not bad i’d open it up and air it out for a few days if your going to use it inside..

Black Truck Bed Mat

Perfect mat for my needs at a great price and delivered fast! Let sit in sun on driveway for a few hours to flatten out then cut to fit. As others have stated...neither end is cut square from factory so you must trim one end minimally to square up first, then cut excess off other end for your overall length. It is delivered several inches over 8ft but not quite enough to cover tailgate too!! Would buy again definitely!!!
