Super Gift

Our 5 yr old grandson loved this gift. At first he didn't understand what it was but didn't take long to figure it out. Grandpa threw out a few coins in front yard earlier in the day and it worked perfectly finding the exact location of each one. After he came inside he was checking out everything in the house to see if it had metal. We have hardwood floors and so it was beeping everywhere because of the nails. It's been cold here since Christmas so I don't really know if he has been playing with it at home. But we definitely enjoyed his excitement giving it to him. I recommend this gift for a young child.

Carrying Case is a Nice Addition to the Package

We are metal detectorists. When I saw this product and the opportunity to get a metal detector to have for the children to join the hunt -- and the fun -- I jumped at the idea. This is a good price for a beginner metal detector, and this machine has features that are important to us. The coil is flexible so that whoever is using the machine can have the coil at the angle that is comfortable for them. The length is adjustable so that people of different heights can use it. Attached is the screen that notifies you visually when metal is detected, and the machine also makes an audible sound. As an added perk, a sifting scoop is included in the package so that you can separate the earth from the metal.

Great Christmas gift.

Love this metal detector, looks great, and does not look cheap. Got it for a Christmas gift for one of my grandsons. Pretty sure he will be over the hills with this one.

This was the biggest hit for Christmas

This was for a 9 year old who absolutely loved it. He took it home his mom said he wants to play with it all the time. He loves to find things and seach and collect, so this was a great gift to be able to give to him.

Great for kids! Highly recommend!

We got both our boys one each for Christmas and they use it almost everyday. It's a great price and great for little explorers without worrying they will mess it up or being expensive. They have found little "treasures" and are always so excited. It doesn't got auper deep or anything, but does the job for a 7 and 9 year old. We plan to take it to the beach and see what they can find! And the storage bag is also great! Pole adjusts for their height, and all of it is easy for them to figure out, adjust, use, and handle on their own. Very happy

Great gift idea for kids

Perfect for my 8 year old nephew. I got it as a gift.

Just plain fun.

My granddaughter said this was one of her top three gifts and she received many gifts worth much more money. Unfortunately it arrived broken but Amazon replaced it within a few days. I was amazed to get the new one before we sent the broken one back. It is very light, And you have to be right over something for it to pick up a signal but she loves it and it’s a great opportunity to find out if your child enjoys a detector, before you invest in a more expensive one.

Perfect for our seven year old

We got this for our 7 year old son. He loves going out metal detecting with his dad so he was very excited to have his own. It was easy to set up and didn’t take too long for him to learn how to use it.
