Works great for hands-free calling/talking

I use my earpiece devices for hands-free calling/talking while driving, as well as when I need to make phone calls at home as it allows me to continue working (typing on the computer). Here are some things I noticed that may help others: 1. It comes with 3 earbuds. The medium was already installed and, for me, it was a bit uncomfortable after just a few minutes. I put the small bud on and it was better. For me, it did begin to be a bit uncomfortable after a while, but less than the medium earbud and nothing that would make me want to return this and get something different. It was a bit difficult to put the new earbud on, but it helped when I put my thumb against the earbud and pulled it up over the earpiece. 2. Turning it on and off is something I didn't need to do with my other ear piece (the one this replaced), so remember to turn it on when you first put it in your ear...forgot to do that when I made a call and had to quickly take it out to talk after they answered the phone...oops! Same thing for when you are finished using the earpiece...turn it off to save the battery. 3. The sound is at about mid level when you first get it. If you need to turn it up, like I did, I found that I needed to press the sound level button for each increase, as opposed to holding it and let it "zoom" up to the max level. Once I figured that out, the sound was at a level that was very comfortable for me. 4. The amount of talk/play time this one provides, compared to others, was another reason I chose this one - 15 hours over 3-4 hours! 5. Because of the above, I have yet to charge mine, but don't see any reason why it wouldn't charge as the description indicates. I can also see an advantage to charging it via a USB port as opposed to plugging it into an outlet. When on vacation and bringing my earpiece so I can use it in the rental car, if it happens to need charging while I am out and about, I can easily plug it into the car charger I will bring...no need to wait until I get back to my lodging to plug it into my laptop. I have only had this earpiece for about a week...so far, so good!

Great value, More than acceptable

I titled the review this way because, as much as this bluetooth headset works great, it's really ... ugly. No other way to say it. It looks like you have a stogie stuck to the side of your head. Now, with that out of the way, it works as good or better than the $50 - $125 bluetooth models I've owned in the past. I've used them all from Plantronics Voyager, Edge To Motorola, Blue Ant ... you name it. This works just as well. Has a very funny ring tone on incoming calls; not annoying, just ... different. Comfortable fit. Charges fast but I can't comment on the duration as I don't usually let my devices go more than a few hours before recharging them again. I"m sure there are earpieces that work as well but aren't as offensive in their styling, but I'm keeping this. It's just fine for what I need at the moment.

Great sound and range, tremendous battery life but somewhat uncomfortable

I've had this product for about 3 weeks now and have used it extensively for both long conference calls and audio books. The first thing to note is that the battery lasts forever! I have multiple conference calls all day that last anywhere from 2 - 6 hours at a time and even had one monster that ran for over 16 hrs - and I still had enough juice to listen to an audiobook while walking the dogs afterward. I did not get the "low power" alert until after my second 2 hr. conference call the following day! My colleagues at work are very critical of voice quality and have told me that they thought I was using a corded headset as there is no loss of quality. The audio is also spectacular for telephone and audio book (I can't report on music, but if you want music you would probably want stereo earplugs anyway!). It's very light weight and the ear wrap is unnecessary. In fact, the only complaint I have is that the earbud was somewhat painful to begin with in my right ear. I appear to have gotten used to it and it no longer bothers me (I could have used my left ear, which it fits rather nicely, but I appear to be "right ear dominant :D). If anything changes, I'll update this review. **They do appear to have a newer version out now but it looks to be almost identical.

Not real comfortable bluetooth, but a GREAT Company!!

I am editing my review because while this bluetooth has limitations, the company is excellent. They sent me a different model and I liked that one a lot. So ... here is the previous review but I want to stress the stellar customer service, and for that, they get 5 stars. So here's the old review: while the bluetooth above has a talk time of about 1.5 hours and a standby time that cuts the talk time significantly. If you talk for 90 minutes, your battery is dead and if it's not fully charged, you have maybe a half hour. It's got good sound quality, but is uncomfortable for me to wear for any length of time. It's a good backup bluetooth, but I'm not enamored. Now!! I received a different model by this company and like it a lot. I am very impressed by this company!!

The Best Bluetooth

I gave it 4 stars for comfort, cause if its size, but otherwise once you get use to it you won't remember you're wearing it. I have bought quite a few most expensive was $70. To be honest, if you're looking for long battery life, reliability, clear sound, clear voice, and durabity. This is the one you want. I drop it in the sink mop bucket, use it while raining, and still works like it should be working. I know is not water proof, but I guess it is that good. I give it five stars for those many more reasons.

Great fit and sound

Fantastic! I am so happy about finally finding an earpiece that fits in my ear so well. Most earpieces I've owned are hard to hear cause it doesn't fit my ear right. I was a sceptic but now I'm a fan! I hope it continues to be reliable.. Update January 2019 Still works flawlessly. Thank goodness!

Perfect!

I love this little bluetooth device. It was super easy to set up and link with both my work and personal cell phones (and I am not very tech savvy). The reception is surprisingly clear and callers have no problem hearing me regardless where I am or what is happening around me. It took a day or so to get used to having something around my ear but I don't even notice it now. For the price you can't beat this. Highly recommended.

Great Product!!!!

I don't often get this excited about a product, but I must say, this is an absolutely great bluetooth and I couldn't wait to write this review. I've had some bluetooths that were a lot more expensive, Motorola, Plantronics, etc. The best sounding was and I repeat, WAS, Motorola, but Motorola, specifically the Motorola boom, has a very weak boom, which is the off & on switch and eventually breaks off. I tried other brands, looking for the great sound quality and volume of the Motorola and nothing came close until now WOW!! This thing is extremely comfortable to wear, stays put in your ear without the ear hook, not heavy, connects faster then anything I've ever had. Simply put, it out performs everything I've ever had at a price that can't be beat. do yourself a favor and save some money, without sacrificing good quality. Wish I could give it more stars, but (5) is the limit.

Just received this headset yesterday and couldn’t be more happy with it. I run a street sweeper for 10 hours a day and stream audiobooks for the whole shift. I usually have issues hearing my book over the volume of my truck but this was plenty loud enough. Even more impressive that it is only in one ear. Also the battery life easily made it through the day with plenty of life to spare. Voice calls were clear and I had no complaints from anyone I talked to. For 20 bucks this headset is a must buy if you use them all day like I do.

Good value for the investment

Haven't had it long enough to try it out, but it did pair easily with my cell and home phone. I need to have a learning curve thereafter. It's light, and took a bit to get the right fit, but after, no issues.
