These are great! I was worried they might come damaged or missing a piece due to other reviews but they are in perfect condition. So excited about the value! I also purchased a winco split pan and it fit great. Can’t wait to use these for future parties and holidays.

Super easy to assemble and very durable! One was bent at the base but my husband straightened it out. Amazing product for hosting events as much as we do to keep food warm!

Great Quality, and even better customer service

I ordered a set of these because I had read other reviews praising their quality, and at the price they're listed for they beat out anything from other retailers. They arrived quickly, and were of great quality with one exception; one of the two frames that hold the trays was slightly bent, making it so that only three legs would rest on a table at a time. I contacted the seller, who responded promptly. After getting a picture of the item, they shipped a new frame to me straight away. The new frame is fine, and such excellent service, combined with the rest of the quality of the chafing dishes (the pans in particular are nice and solid), is the reason I’m giving them five stars. I highly recommend these dishes.
