Love it, love it, LOVE it!

I've been using Photoshop for better than a decade. It's nice to work with software that doesn't take the long way around to get anything done. I got to work with a copy of Clip Studio Paint and played around with it for several weeks. I couldn't be more impressed with this software. Born out of what was Manga Studio 5 comes a graphics program ready and able to not only compete with Photoshop, but possibly REPLACE it! Most of Photoshop's shortcut keys translate to either the same thing or an equivalent. Videos galore online to learn the software. The perspective rulers functions ALONE are worth the price of the software. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would.

Very excited to use!

I haven't been able to use clip studio paint ex 2018 very much yet. But from what I can see from it so far, it looks to be a very good, fun piece of software. There is a lot of helpful links so you can learn how to use it. I will update when I have more time to dedicate to it. Right now I can say from what I've seen, I like it!

Great program must have

Clip Studio Paint EX is the great alternative to photoshop and the monthly charges they impose. I was a photoshop user up until they decided that selling their program wasn’t enough money out of my pocket and went to a 50.00 a month fee to use it. Yes I missed it and loved the program but wasn’t going to be held hostage. Then came along Clip Studio Paint and I havnt looked back since. I love that it has everything I used in photoshop and in some cases it does more. If your an artist and are looking for an alternative to photoshop. Get this program.

Affordable software!!!

My daughter loves this product. She is able to design her manga comic strips and put together a web toon. She is excited to have this and maybe in the near future publish her web toon. I recommend this product as does she.

Worth the investment

I'm really pleased with CSP. It's extremely customizable. Everything from the Brushes to the UI can be set and adjusted to the specific users personal preferences making a very powerful program into a unique art tool.

Can make longer animations

This is a pretty easy to understand and use program for drawing and animating.
