I've got almost every Moment lens and they're fantastic.
I absolutely love my Moment lenses. They're the best way to get quality photos on your phone apart from just the native lens. My ONLY con is their durability...though I don't know what could be done about drops/scratches. I actually bought this wide lens to replace one I had dropped on the concrete...it didn't fair so well. The lens itself actually popped out of the outer housing, which is supposed to defend a little bit by not allowing the glass to touch the ground/whatever...so, when it popped out the lens got significantly scratched beyond repair. Just be careful when handling these...put lens covers on BEFORE you take it off your phone, not after, and then make sure to put it right back in its pouch and you'll be fine.

DSLR quality, almost
As a photographer for over 40 years I have seen changes in the way we capture moments in time. The Moments line of lenses is just one of those great changes. I was skeptical, I read the reviews and watched the videos. I needed a lightweight alternative to my micro 4/3 kit for backpacking. As light as it was compared to a full frame kit it was still nearly 3 pounds for a body and two lenses. I purchased an iPhone Xs Max to use as my ultralight backpacking photo/video camera and was well pleased. However adding macro/wide/tele lenses has opened a whole new world to ultralight quality content for vlogging and landscape photography. I tried cheaper versions but was not satisfied. Try the Moment solution to better photography and you will not regret it. Not to mention the smartphone app that unleashes your phone's potential of manual control to be truly "DSLR like" in every way. I really enjoy the images and videos I have produced since getting behind the Moment philosophy of using quality lenses, cases and software.

BEST LENS EVER!
Best lens ever! Id recommend it to my family/friends! I have an iphone x. It’s great for taking videos or pictures! I noticed if i dont screw the lens all the way in, it will show a black color at the corner (vignetting) if thats the right way to describe it lol otherwise, great investment! Great for travelling! Over all, im happy with my purchase!

Very high quality, easy to use, and super clear
I've been into Mobile photography ever since I bought my first HTC smartphone. There has been no mobile photography products since then that have the type of quality and precision that this moment lens does. I probably purchased 10 other generic brands which of all disappointed me There are three main things that I consider a huge win with this product: quality, ease of use, and clarity. The aluminum frame housing that holds the lenses together is really sleek yet really durable. Other devices that I've used don't hold the lenses in place there for you get some weird blurring and movement. The moment lens specially the wide angle is solid I dropped it a couple times and it made pain the Integrity of the lenses so there is no fogginess or condensation that is caught in between the lenses. This product is very easy to use granted you do have to have their case in order to operate it they stopped doing the adhesive adapter which is good. The case will set you back about 35 bucks but is entirely worth it because of the hard plastic silicone casing with the wood highlight on the back. Last thing about this lens is the clarity when you connected to the adapter case to your phone many times your phone will have to consistently try to focus but with this it natively in naturally accepted the lens without any problem. I use this lens of my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus The only con that I have for this item is that you have to purchase separately the phone case

An essential lens
If you're getting just one lens from Moment, the Wide V2 is the one to get. The little to no barrel distortion this lens has means you can fit more of a scene in without a massive amount of distortion, though there IS some softening around the edges, as with all mobile lenses. The Wide V2 also excels at making objects closer to the lens feel much larger than they would appear if you were using your phone camera barebones, though it does come with the obvious caveat of needing to be closer to the subject to convey the effect. The only downsides I can think of are that counterweights are an absolute must if using a gimbal and even with the robust coating Moment puts on their glass, it's pretty susceptible to lens flares, specially when bright light sources are involved.

Great results from an iPhone
I bought the case, a tele lens and this wide lens from Moment. The case and lenses are premium quality, the case is grippy without being too bulky. The lenses attach securely and deliver excellent picture quality as they are real coated glass. The lenses are small enough to pocket for going mobile. With a lens attached to my iPhone XS Max it added a bit of heft to the phone so I typically detached the lens when done using it. I took some amazing shots of the Singapore city skyline at night from the top of the Sands ‘surfboard’ observation deck that took no learning curve to achieve great results. The only caveat I can offer is that you must use the Moment app to use the lenses with a dual lens iPhone, or they won’t work. The native camera app doesn’t let you choose the lens, so you wind up with the lens obscuring the camera’s view. The app is an extra cost, and honestly Moment should let lens buyers have the app for free since you can’t use the lenses on a dual lens phone without it.

Well Worth It
The lens works very well. Good sharpness and color rendition. It is a vast improvement on other clip on lens I have used. Just make sure that you have the main subject of the picture centered and perpendicular to the ground. Any angle deviation from perpendicular tends to create distortion on the outsides of the image. It reminds me of one of my all time favorite lens which was a Nikkor 24mm with less parallax correction. The lens works well with the case but be aware that the combination of the two becomes remarkably heavy after a couple of hours compared to just a phone and a case. Wish they had a rear lens cover as the lens goes on and off a lot. The case is well made, grippy and looks good in black but understandably is a bit thicker than a regular case. All in all this is a great lens at a reasonable price.

moment is the way to go, but...
I was testing this lens for the last weeks and i have to say that i loved how small and convenience is compare with another big wide lenses. The fast way to attached the lens to the case and be ready in les than 10 seconds is something that it is major key for any video production. The reason why i used my phones for video is for capturing moments and shooting different angles that are impossible to do with another cameras. I have to say this wide lens pump my creativity as video creator, also you need to know that if you use iphone xs as i do combining this lens with your native lens you can have access to something around 14ish with wide lens attached to something like a 24mm with native camera to around 50mm if you use the 2x option in the iphone camera what gives you a really flexible range to work with only one lens. But i have to say that if you use this lens with your gimbal in my case dji osmo 2 you will find several problems than until now i was not able to fix such us the lens is than wide than always capture some part of your gimbal arm, there is a particular way to shoot with your gimbal where you avoid part of this but it is not really a solution for the majority of your shots, also if you try to vlogging take in consideration if you are using a gimbal you will have this problem at least that you used the selfie camera. This is not my case because the selife camera is a really inferior camera compare with the front. So, the only way i find you can avoid this problem is filming in 4k and zooming in post a little bit till your gimbal disappears of the frame, it is not a big deal but i would like not do that. Also you have to consider that this lens produce some flares in the inferior left corner that could be annoying some times if you are trying to get a clean shot but sometimes i use this in an artistic way. Overall, i have to say it is the best lens in the market i buy and i am quite happy with the result but i will recommend you take in consideration, those little details and also buy the back cap to avoid get dust inside the lens.

Fantastic Product
Bought these for my wife, she absolutely loves them. We used them in a dark concert venue the other day in conjunction with our newer Pixel 2 XL and couldn't be more impressed with the results.

Worth the price.
The box looked like it was already open because the tab was pulled out. The lens was dirty because the card they put on top of it was rubbing against it and pieces of the card flaked off onto the glass. The packaging is not terrible but could be much better. They should just ship it with the cap on. Not sure why they don't. The lens itself is just like all the other reviews said. It is high end and the images taken on my Note 8 look very good. I posted a pic of my dog on a couch without the lens and one with the lens. The beore and after shots tell you all you need to know really. Installation is simple. The lens can be carried in a pants pocket, whipped out and installed in less than 30 seconds. No need to line up anything. That alone is worth getting these over clip on lenses. I also ordered their updated 58mm tele and the new anamorphic. The wide is totally worth the money. The only thing that sucks is that a 10% promo code was put up on Facebook a day and a half after I ordered them. My order was not completed because the anamorphic is on back order so I sent an email hoping they could hook me up with that 10%. I'll probably end up taking that $25 and using it for the gimbal counter weights they sell.
