One Woman ,One pop up canopy= success
I bought this tent because it had the central hub system, which means I can push it up from underneath myself. When it arrived my hubby and I put it up together and then took it down. Then I put it up myself and then took it down. I am 5"2 and am able to put this pop up tent up by myself. Today I did a market fair and I was successful in putting it up, I struggled a little bit due to it was on pavement and I couldn't get it to stretch out without me pulling it towards me. I fixed that problem by putting the weights,( I also ordered )on the two ends and then was able to stretch it out and then pop it up. I recommend this tent for anyone having to put up by themselves.

Multiple updated reviews: great customer service
The frame broke beyond repair after the first rain event after setting this up on my patio. This was purchased to protect my table and chairs and grill from sun and rain. All the velcro tabs were secured to the frame and the fabric was tight. Water still gathered on the canopy and collapsed the frame. One a side note, the canopy fabric held up quite nicely during wind and rain. Frame is a piece of junk. $140 down the drain. UPDATE: After writing the above review, I have been contacted by the company and they are sending me a new canopy. Once I receive the new canopy, I will update my review again. UPDATE: I received my new replacement canopy and frame. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars for such excellent customer service. I’ll update my review at the end of the summer to see if the replacement canopy lasts longer than a couple weeks. UPDATE: April 26, 2019 I have used the new canopy multiple times through the heavy rainy season we’ve had in the south this year. It has stood up to all the rainy weather. I must have got a bad frame because the replacement that was sent to me is working great.

Easy pop up design
I have had a few of these pop up canopies over the years. They generally take 4 people to set up and the leg pins are usually difficult to release. Generally the corners have to be snapped in to place. This design is well thought out eliminating all of those problem areas. The legs have a nice easy to use toggle lever that makes extending the legs to 1 of 3 different positions a snap. The day it arrived I needed to work on my truck door and the Arizona sun is brutal if you are in it for more than a few minutes. I pulled my newly arrived canopy out and asked my wife to help me open it up. The hardest work was getting it out of the shipping box. The two of us easily spread the legs sufficiently to get in to the middle of the canopy where the center structure simply pops in to position to extend the corners. No more messing with the corners. The fabric is already attached and there is no need to remove it when packing back up. The legs on this unit are vertical rather than slanted. The center of the fabric is vented. The canopy looks very professional. The included carry case has wheels making it easy to transport and 4 steaks and rope are included for securing. If I had a complaint it may be that the joints are plastic and look somewhat lightweight. Time will tell how durable it is but I am extremely pleased with my new canopy.

Nice Canopy
Works great as a nice shade canopy. We have it on our back patio with an outdoor bar under it and a Tv. It also keeps it dry if it rains. Very pleased with my purchase.

Customer service!!!! WOW
It looks nice BUT the cheap frame broke immediately on our first use. I have had many of these shades(not Crown), and I wonder why Im keep buying them. This was a record though. mostly they last the summer or can be rigged but not this one. The return date was while I was on vacation so stuck with another shade with no frame. This review was seen and I was sent a brand new canopy for free! It went righ t up and 5 stars to Crown Shades!

Set up easier than I thought.
I'm a woman pushing 70. The description of easy set up sounded too good to be true, but I purchased it any way. No lie...I opened the box, set up the shade, inspected it, took it down and packed it in the rolling case; all in about 45 minutes, and this was by myself! The material looks and feels to be of a good quality. I love the levers for adjusting the legs, sure beat trying to push in the little metal buttons with my fingers on lesser quality shades. I didn't notice the "air vent" at the top; probably too confused from comparing too many shades. This seems to be a very 'no brainer' plus because wind gusts have an escape hatch. It was a bit more than I have paid for shades in the past, but as far as I am concerned it is well worth it. I highly recommend this shade.

Good Customer Service
UPDATE 9/20/18: The company reached out again and replaced the carrying case a second time and sent another new upgraded shade. I was really surprised to the extent they went to make sure I was satisfied. I debated whether I should increase my review to 4 or 5 stars but I decided on 5 stars just because of the customer service. There are some positive things about this shade and I think the most positive comment I can add is that it is very easy to set this tent up and take it down. I still do not like the design of the carry case with the zipper by the wheels. It is just a bad set up and puts a lot of stress on a small zipper. If they could move the zipper to the other end of the carry case I'm guessing this problem would be solved. That being said, this is a company that stands behind their products and will work hard to make sure you are happy. UPDATE 9/9/18: The company that sells this product One Touch Shades communicated with me regarding the defects in my shade. They asked for photos of the defects which proved difficult to send through Amazon but I finally figured it out and sent them photos. They did warranty the shade and sent us a brand new shade. Unfortunately, the brand new shade had a defective carrying case. Imagine that! The zipper on the new carrying case works but is still very flimsy for the weight of the bag. The old bag with broken zipper had two handles to carry it. The new bag has only one handle and it is on the wheel side of the bag so you cannot wheel this new shade anywhere and you cannot lift it to carry it because it has only one handle on one end. So now I have two useless shades. I'm giving up on this product! They have no quality control. We have used this tent shade 3 times. The zipper on the bag broke on the second use. The wheels are on the zipper side so once the zipper goes so does the ability to use the wheels. The tent is light and goes up quickly with the only click point being in the middle. But the red plastic clips on the legs are really cheap. One of the four legs will not click to extend on the tallest setting and it was this way the first time we used it. For a $100 plus tent we are disappointed that we will be lucky to get 5 uses from this.

I can set this up by myself
We have searched for a quality sunshade for quite awhile but have finally found it. This one is quality and I can set this up with no help very quickly by myself. It came with a sturdy bag with wheels and rubber handles for easy transport. The one point center lift makes it easy for just me to set up with one fast motion. I haven't seen this on any other sunscreens. The legs are very sturdy and can be extended easily with the sturdy push up levers. The fabric cover has built in air vents at the peak to eliminate wind issues and allows warm air to escape, which I haven't seen either. The canopy has velcro to fasten onto the frame for quick set up. It comes with strong tie down stakes and tether ropes to make it even more sturdy!! This fits perfectly in our small car trunk for trips to the beach and family picnics.
