This is going to be a gift so I haven't used it. It arrived on time & in good condition. It's the perfect size. From the instructions included, it looks like it will be easy to set up.

Happily Impressed

I was concerned about this product due to a few unsatisfied customers. I received this frame yesterday and plugged in a flash drive and it works great! I am planning on giving this to my 81 year-old father who hates technology but I think he will LOVE this.

Great Digital Picture Frame and a good value

I think this is a good value digital picture frame that i use in my office, nice to take a few minutes in-between conference calls to admire photos. I used the USB input for my pictures and the quality is good.

Great Customer Service!

I purchased one, but there was a minor error in function. Contacted Customer service and they immediately sent a replacement. Very easy to deal with them. If you register you get a free USB and 24 Month warranty. Well Worth the price.

Great bargain!

We bought this for my mother in law who lives a few hours away. It was perfect for her! We added pictures of the grand babies, so she can feel closer to them. The company is awesome to deal with as well and is just an email away if you need any assistance.

Awesome picture quality

Purchased as a gift for grandparents. They love it. It’s easy to use and upload photos on. The picture is high quality. They are very happy with the gift.

Great for the price

This has better resolution than another one I was looking at. I was not looking forward to the logo being on the frame and was pleasantly surprised when it didn't have the logo. I bought this as a mother's day present. Putting files on an SD card took more time than getting it up and running.

So easy to use

Loved this product. Gave it to my sister as a gift and it was so easy to download the pictures on a memory card so all she had to do was plug it in and turn it on!! Was so good to relive the memories.

Great Value and Excellent Customer Service

This is an attractive 8" digital frame, should go with just about any decor. Just what we wanted in our living room. Easy to set up and shows pictures clearly, from almost any angle (not just when you are directly in front of it). Options on how to display photos for size (I found "Scale" to be the best), timing of how long pictures stay on, order in which they appear (we like "Random") and transition effects. It can also be turned on and off easily, especially with the remote. There are function buttons on the back, but the remote is easier to handle. I haven't tried the video and music functions yet. But we were primarily looking for something to show photos. I put in a 16GB card which has over 300 photos on it (so far) and plenty of space to add multiple times that. So the number of photos should not be an issue. Customer service was excellent! Delivery was quicker than I expected. Then I had some questions and contacted Seller through Amazon. Customer service was prompt in responding to each of the issues, all of which were quickly and positively resolved. If you're looking for a digital frame in this size range, this one is highly recommended.

Exactly what I was looking for in this size

I would love to have a bigger size but for now this is perfect. i use it on my desk at work and have all of my pictures on a flash drive to use on my frame. I have to find out how to rotate my pictures in the frame but for now I will fix them in my computer first. Great product!
