Wasn’t expecting immediate results, but I’m definitely feeling less bloated and hungry after a week. I’ve also lost a couple pounds. Despite a healthy diet and regular exercise, my weight has been creeping up over the past few months. Was looking for a reasonably safe appetite reducer to complement my detox protocol. Well here’s my before an after hope it would help someone its not a big difference but it’s something . I started to weight 212lbs and i felt tired 😓 Fat. I'm using this product to help with weight loss. So far I have went from a waist size 46 to a 40. I weighed in at 317 lbs. Before starting my diet and exercise. Now im 256.
