I am very pleased with this tester. I must have missed the part about it lighting up, but that Is one of the features that I enjoy most. Sometimes you just want to see if you have power, without resorting to the "reading" glasses. Another quality piece to my roll a way.

Best company currently on the market

I just got my JASTIND test light, and no this isn't one of those phony reviews i'm a real mechanic and I freaking love this thing already. The shipping was insanely fast as well only 2 days and I got an email following up from one of the co-owners so I figured i'd leave a review since they're having shipping issues currently but there was nothing wrong with my order it is a quality made tool that's a must have for anybody who works on their own trucks.

Must have car/RV do it yourself tool.

The nice thing is the voltage window in the handle. Don't think the expensive Snap-On has this little extra on their circuit tester.

I still haven't really tested it.

It seem to be a good tool I took it out and tested it for a day or so. No problems, works great. You might have trouble using it outside on a sunny day, but this would be true with most tools like this. I would buy again, and defiantly from this vendor.

Now you can know exactly what you have on that wire!

I love the digital readout that tells me the exact voltage of what I am testing, and not just 12 volts like an old school test light, this tester goes down to 3 volts for digital signals and way up to 48 volts. Great product, made very well and it does a great job making my work easier and faster. TWO thumbs up!

Higher quality tool

I wanted a simple test light for infrequent use with a quality level somewhere in between disposable junk and space-station-approved. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened this tool. Quality of plastic and components is great with a nice thick coiled test wire and alligator clamp. The LED and voltage indicator lights up bright white and the contact tip has a safety sleeve so you don't stab something accidentally. The enclosed note from the manufacturer imparts a feeling as though the product was made just for you. What's nice is when the high quality of an inexpensive tool adds to that feeling, as it does here.

Exceptional Quality

This test light works great to trouble shoot the 48 volt DC circuits that are common on the type of work I do. This test light works just as described, 3 volts up to 48 volts DC... at a fraction of Snap-On!!!

Wide Ranging for 48V golf cart

This was perfect troubleshooter for testing power to various points on my golf cart. Very solid product, not cheap feeling at all.
