Durable and fast charging

This product was well worth the buy! I purchased it because I wanted a Bluetooth transmitter. The USB 3.0 port is a godsend! It charges my phone quickly and efficiently while I stream music via Bluetooth. The other port is used when I have others in the vehicle with me. It's nice having the two charging ports to work with. The design is modern and sleek too. The base of the product has a band of friction pads to help with unplugging it from the socket. You can even answer your phone while it's still in your pocket with this product! If you are looking for a Bluetooth transmitter, I recommend you make a slight investment in this wonderful product!

Works great, easy to set up

I bought this adapter to work in my 2004 Acura TL which does not have an auxiliary cable or any other way to play music from my phone through my cars speakers. Initial setup is a bit confusing as you have to hold the talk button for the perfect number of seconds in order to get to the frequency select mode. Once you set up the device, it quickly connects every time you get in your vehicle and even overrides your headphones so I can seamlessly go from listening through my earbuds to listening on my cars stereo system. Only complaint is that their is a slight fuzzy noise in the background sometimes when I am listening but I haven't tried switching the frequency yet to see if this fixes the problem. My favorite part about the product is that it is small and fits inside the center counsel. Much better than the other FM converters I looked at that had big screens/displays and took up a lot of space. Overall - great product, highly recommend!

The Best FM Transmitter on Amazon, hands down.

Hi, I'm gonna keep this one short and to the point because people usually don't have the time, or don't want to read long winded reviews, myself included. I've tried a couple other very popular FM transmitters that are sold here on Amazon such as the Nulaxy Wireless In-Car Bluetooth FM Transmitter and the JETech Wireless FM Transmitter Radio Car Kit. Both of these FM Transmitters are very well received, with thousands of reviews, but to be honest, they don't perform anywhere near as well as this one. Let me explain why. IMDEN + Clearest sounding audio out of the three, crisp audio across the sound spectrum from the low ends to the highs + Great Volume, loud levels of audio without loud static in the background trying to interfere + Perfectly sized transmitter, no wires, no giant screen attached and getting in the way of your gear shift, and it fits nice into any hard to reach car cigarette lighter slots Specifically, these are the reasons as to why this FM transmitter pulls ahead of its counterparts. I won't include extra information about the other transmitters because the sole purpose of these things are to simply transmit audio from your device, through an open FM air wave signal, to your car's sound system, and in that respect, this transmitter does it's job the best. There are a couple of other perks such as being able to take phone calls hands-free or the fact that it's literally plug-n-play, but by the time you get to my review you'll probably already know all of that. I'm just highlighting what I wish I had known before trying my luck with this FM transmitter. Audio quality was my top priority, everything else was secondary. I took a chance on a low reviewed product, and I have to say, it paid off. I love IMDEN's little FM transmitter, and I definitely see myself picking up a couple more of these in the future just to have as back-ups. They're that good to me. Did I mention it looks nicer than the competition too? haha. One last thing, I live in Southern California, the airwaves here are cluttered to the max, but this FM transmitter cuts through it like nothing, so if it works exceptionally well for me, it should for you, I hope this helps!

Works right out of the box!

Despite what other reviews say, this thing is AWESOME!! I opened the box, plugged it in (barely read the instructions) and it worked straight away!! I will start by saying that I live in Qatar where we have exactly 3 radio stations. So I was worried right off the bat that finding a frequency would be hard. It was NOT hard at all. Plugged it in, pushed the button, saw 108.0, tuned the radio and boom! I was paired and ready to go. The sound on the music was awesome, you will need to have your phone on high tho. I have a 2012 Suburban with sound control on the wheel, these won't allow me to change songs, only volume. Switch songs on the actual "charger" with no problems. I didn't hear any white noise like others stated nor are there any background noises whilst driving. The only thing that might be a problem, pending your lighter location, is the mic. In my Suburban the front center console blocks the mic a little and my only caller today said my voice was quiet. Maybe I had the air to high, who knows, but I was heard clearly and so was the caller. I was a bit hesitant when I ordered it, but figured for the price, so what if it's not perfect. I am happy to say that in my opinion it is perfect and I wish I would have had this long ago!! For anyone that doesn't have hands free currently I would say get this NOW!!

Easy set up

It came in earlier than expected which was nice. It does what it is described to do. Instructions were simple upon plugging Transmitter into 12 V. Automatically, It kicks onto its default FM channel, which you can change to your desired blank station. At first, my phone took a while to search it, but it has no trouble pairing up with transmitter each time i turn the car on. I love Bluetooth as i can pick and choose from my playlist, and this item makes it that much better for my base/stock van. However, with my I phone 8 plus, I have to verify/confirm which route i wish to speak with if i recieive/send a call; speaker, phone, or transmitter. its simple and it works. other than that, its very easy and simple. I love that it gives has an extra USB port to add another power/charge line from. if you want hands off, easy Bluetooth access from your phone. I suggest this item.

Perfect for cars with no aux or Bluetooth.

I've had the product for a few days now. I love it. Sounds great, perfect size and super easy to set up. Shipped and arrived sooner than expected. Arrived in 2 days :) .. Remember to find a station that has no static.

Good Product!

The item was very easy to install. Music sounds great, very clear, the only con is unless you’re sitting still while making a phone call over bluetooth you will most likely sound muffuled to the other caller.

Good and convenient

Cannot wait to open when arrived. Easy to install in my car, hold the button and wait for 3 seconds, it connected to my phone and car radio. Finally, I can play music with car radios without using my Bluetooth Speaker. (Yeah, my car is old and cannot connect Bluetooth directly. ). The only problem I see so far is it has some light noise, like when tunning the radio there always some noise if not totally covered with good signal. Considering the price, and I could say the product is fair. Not fancy but workable and could bring more joy while driving.

Impressive sound quality

I wanted to add Bluetooth to a used 2007 Highlander I recently purchased while keeping the OEM Stereo. I was left with a Bluetooth fm transmitter or a tape/cassette transmitter. The tapes/cassettes are supposed to have better sound quality but you wind up with a mic and potentially a power cable sticking out of the tape deck. When searching for an fm transmitter I found this one. Small, reasonable price, and best of all, looks very similar to a regular charger for your cell phone. Even better, one if the USB ports is 3.0 amps so you can get quick/turbo charging if you're phone supports it. There is another fm transmitter with thousands of great reviews but I can't understand why anyone would want a foot long device with a huge screen at the end of it sticking out of their center console. Sound quality is impressive. On my commute through the SF Bay Area, including downtown SF, there are small pockets of background noise, noticable but not bothersome. Would highly recommend.
