I love this thing I wake up and my arm hurts after having this sleeve on I feel better almost instantly. Now I measured my arm and it was 12 3/4 of an inch. So I bought a large. It fits almost perfect. Anything smaller might have been way to tight. I only have a baggy spot right where my elbow is and it's only there when my arm is straight. And it's only baggy like the skin of my elbow where you can only pinch just a tiny bit. Seems normal to me. I think if you have up to a 13 1/2 inch arm this would be ok maybe even 14. But that's just a guess.

Elbow and knee sleeve review. 5 stars!

Amazing! My husband used to play football and has pretty bad joint issues from unhealed injuries, he also has an extremely physical job that exacerbates those issues daily. I have purchased him probably 30 different (elbow and knee) braces over the past 4 years.. Everything from the expensive heavy duty ones with wires and Velcro to the thin copper type braces from the pharmacy, and everything in between. He's had his kunto knee sleeve for years and he wears it every single day (which means I wash it every night) it hasn't even faded color.. Hasn't lost support or elasticity . It is by far his favorite knee brace (and mine too, because finally the search was over! ) We just got the kunto elbow sleeve the other day (I was thrilled to see Kunto also made elbow braces and purchased it without even asking him). He loved it the first day he tried it.. He said he could confidently bend his arm with the support this sleeve provided and that it fit perfectly.. It was secure without being restrictive to movement or blood flow just like his knee sleeve. I folded his uniform and had it ready for him in the bathroom just like I do every night.. I set out both his old favorite elbow sleeve and his new Kunto sleeve.. This morning, his old sleeve was the only thing left on the counter 😊 (he didn't even want to bring it as a back up! ) I can't say enough about this brand or these products.. The material quality is amazing and they last forever. I recommend them to everyone I know that has joint issues, or just needs a little extra support. my husband is at work wearing both right now, they are worth every penny and then some.. FORGET COPPERFIT....Go with the KUNTO for REAL bracing...

About 5 months ago, while dead lifting my elderly mom from one chair to another, I pulled or tore some muscle in my elbow area. Now, after 5 months and the pain still sharp, I bought this Kunto. In my job I often have to lift CD and DVD players that weigh 25-42 pounds, and wow it hurts sometimes.... Previously I tried the copper fit mofdel and it was useless---too thin to make a difference. Out of desperation I bought the Kunto. I am glad I did. Imeditely when I put it on today for the first time, I truly feel the whole arm is now supported and truly braced. I expect, God willing, now the elbow to heal.

This sleeve is comfortable and the design makes proper placement simple. I love the colors--it's actually attractive to wear, lol. For fitting purposes, I ordered a size SMALL. I am 5'4", weigh about 110 lbs. It fits me 4" above and 4" below the crease in my elbow. Here are my measurements: 8" (at 4" below crease), 9" (at elbow crease), and 9" (at 4" above crease). This size would probably fit a little smaller and a little larger measurements, but not sure'd I'd deviate more than 1/2" without considering a different size. I love the blue and orange design. It is really comfortable with the right balance of comfort and compression. I can wear it all day, and it doesn't slip off or roll up. Highly recommend.

Tear resistant, comfortable, easy on-off, good materials and functionality

Excellent product, it's made of good stretchy and tear resistant materials, perfect for my line of work for lifting medium to heavy objects and provides good support for aching muscles. Comfortable enough to wear all day even on hotter days. Bought a second one to compliment the pain relief of a long day at work for both arms equally. Products were delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Recommended for sure if you need a heavy duty-heavy use elbow brace that is not hard to put on/take off and is not too invasive or limiting of your mobility.

Comfortable Material

I have chronic tennis and golfer's elbow for several years. Previously I was using the ACE comfort fit sleeve and it was hot when I wore it. I felt much better using this and doing stretching exercises from Jack Albrecht's book, Tennis and Golfer Elbow Relief in Only Days Tennis and Golfer Elbow Relief in Only Days: Everything you need to successfully treat your symptoms and speed your recovery. Love that it doesn't feel sticky or hot when I'm using it in my morning exercise routine, even during the hot days of summer. I also felt it gave me a more even support on my elbow where my arm felt stronger. When making the purchase, I measured my elbow which was 11.5 inches and bought the Medium size sleeve, which fits perfectly (snug enough for support but not too tight to restrict movement or blood flow). The material is comfortable. Plus the design of the sleeve looks cool. I wear it with the Kunto name label tag above my elbow and have the orange hexagon side positioned on the outside of the elbow, just like in the product photo. There's also an inside tag which I easily removed, didn't want that on my skin. Highly recommend this sleeve.

The pain really subsided

I have golfers elbow really bad in my right elbow and a little bit in my left elbow from using a shredder/chipper when a piece of russian olive I was trying to shred recoiled as I was trying to shove it into the chipper. I purchased a couple of those copper elbow braces. They helped a little but I still had constant pain. I was given some Voltaran 1% ointment by my MD and that helped some. Exercises given to me by my PT also helped. However, I still had a good amount of pain. I started checking different braces out and saw the Kunto's. I gave one a try. 2 hours after getting it and putting it on the pain in my elbow subsided substantially as had the swelling. I like it so well I bought another for my left elbow which is not as badly damaged. Since I have a bad back where I am attempting to put off surgery my pain doctor was going to shoot my elbow up on my follow up visit for the 2 epidurals I received on Jan 25th. I don't think I will it will be necessary. I am glad I took a chance on these.

great product

I was skeptical about this, even with the good reviews. I've purchased at least three different straps for tendonitis of the elbow at pharmacies and tried tapes as well. No luck. I was thinking I'd have to live with the pain as a consequence of deciding to remodel a 102 cottage after we retired, with just me and my husband doing the work from the studs out. This product seems to be working! It actually fits (I did measure, but figured old lady flabby arms would bulge out the top and bottom, and they don't). It doesn't roll at all and it's comfortable - the straps I tried from the pharmacy not only didn't work, they pinched at the buckles. I spent a year developing this tendonitis, so it's not been a two day cure....but it has already reduced to "just" aching as opposed to aching combined with burning shooting from my elbow down to my wrist! I'll order another when this is too mud and paint covered!

Fits tight, feels great, helps me get through my workouts. Looks fantastic.

I write this review over half a year after buying and it still fits snug as a bug in a rolled up rug. Weightlifter here. I definitely recommend this if you have any kind of elbow tendinitis or simply want to add a small amount of support to one or more elbow. I started getting some left medial tendinitis (aka golfer's elbow) from pressing exercises. Especially dips (which I stopped doing because they suck). I still get the pain after a hard workout in the gym, but it seems to be fine otherwise. Wearing this helps a lot. It feels very snug, but it's something you'll get used to. In fact, that's what you want. Compression garments don't help with performance, but they help mitigate pain. Which may indirectly help your performance. I wear this when I eat after my lifts to keep the joint warm and try to encourage a little extra blood flow. I recommend keeping it on during the cool down period. It just feels better once the endorphins wear off. Regardless of medical efficacy, it feels better with the sleeve. One caveat about washing it - I hand wash it with my lifting gloves and notice that the water is a little blue. I don't wash it a lot (sue me), but I think the colors will fade noticeably with frequent washing. Fair warning. Icing on top - it's stylish AF. Get swole, muchachos!
