All 6 work great. The light shines mostly down but also a little out. The light is enough to see without being obnoxious or glaring. I found that I had two outlets that are older and overused, and these lights will not work in outlets like that. These only work in outlets that provide a tight fit and a secure connection. I have attached a picture showing how I have 2 near each other. I actually have 3 in that room. They are not excessively sensitive to light; they all 3 remain on until a light is turned on or the sun comes up. Another night light in same area doesn’t alter it. As I mentioned before, they don’t work well in outlets that don’t have tight, secure connections. I found that in those outlets, they would come on, but the photosensitivity was overly sensitive. I’d either have to cover the sensor entirely for them to come on, or otherwise be in total darkness. But once I move the nightlight to a newer outlet, they work quite sensibly. We’ve been in this house 15years and have tried a lot of nightlights over the years and this set is by far my favorite.

Good - Turns on automatically when ambient light is sensed to be extremely low like night time. Bad - My home outlets are placed horizontally instead of vertically like the pictures for the product. The light itself is very bright and points downward when plugged into a vertical outlet. Since my outlets are horizontal, the light shoots out the sides and has powerful illumination to one side when I prefer a softer night light. Update - I did notice that the lights do dim. When the lights are turned to their side because of horizontal outlets its difficult to tell. I would definitely recommend for those who have those vertical outlets. The light would appear much softer to those with those vertical outlets. Update 2 - This seller really went above and beyond and offered to replace the item with another version of their light or different product from their lineup for my "trouble". In my opinion, this company will do anything they can to make sure the customer is happy.

I really like these lights, they are ergonomic and small, do not cover the remaining outlet, provide a good amount of glare-free light from dusk-to-dawn when the sensor registers lack of ambient light. I have them in the bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. I have come to realize that if you have a camera that has night vision hence turns on infra-red light, the sensors on the night light register this and will not turn on properly, this is by no means a fault of the device. This is just something to be aware of. The night lights are otherwise perfect and suit my needs well. The energy usage per unit comes out to 10 - 15 cents if running all the time for a year so pretty energy efficient and do not heat up being an LED. When purchasing an item from Eufy, you know you should know that you will receive one of the best customer services that strive for your satisfaction and will go above and beyond to ensure this. I just picked up a Eufy RoboVac just based on prior experiences with Anker / Eufy and could not be happier with it. Thanks, Eufy.

We already had some battery-operated motion-sensing night lights that we like, but we also wanted some that were not battery dependent. These fit the bill perfectly! We use them in a few hallways and also as secondary night lights in our kids' rooms. Here is what I like about these lights: 1) They are small and unobtrusive. I didn't want a light that stuck out like a sore thumb in the daytime. These are neutral colored, so we don't really notice them during the day (though we do have lightly colored walls). 2) They put out the perfect amount of light for a night light: enough to illuminate the floor for about 5-10 feet while not illuminating the whole room. I would NOT try to use these for reading, shaving, etc. 3) This particular model produces a warm light (i.e. more yellow than blue), which is what most people prefer for residential night lights. 4) They use a miniscule amount of energy. Negligible, really. 5) They are light-detecting but not motion-detecting. In other words, if the ambient area is dark enough, the lights will turn on -- they are not motion activated. This isn't "good" or "bad," it just depends on the application. For a night light in our kids' rooms, we wanted something that would be on all the time when the room is dark. The only real "drawback" to these lights is that their placement is limited to spots where you have an electrical outlet, but that should be obvious! It's the price you pay for not having to worry about replacing batteries in them. There are places in our house where I need a battery-operated night light, and others where I prefer a plug-in unit, and these are perfect for the latter.

Bought a handful of these to use as night lights for the hallway and bathrooms. The performance is exactly what I was looking for, I really like that the light is angled downwards, the previous lights I was using would ruin your night vision if you accidentally looked at them. The only issue that I have with these is it would be nice if the plug was situated so you could use it in the bottom outlet instead of the top and still leave the other free for use. ------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE Even though I had originally posted a 4 star review, a CSR from Eufy contacted me regarding my one small issue with the product. Turns out if outlet space is at a premium Eufy has another product, a battery operated version of this light with a motion sensor and light sensor Eufy Lumi Stick-On Night Light, Warm White LED, Motion Sensor, Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, Hallway, Stairs, Energy Efficient, Compact, 3-pack. In addition to telling me about the other product the CSR listened to my feedback and sent me a sample of the battery operated unit to make sure all my needs were met. This is customer service at its finest. The original plug in lights as well as the battery operated one are all still functioning well.

I’ve only had these night lights for a day, but I highly recommend them up to this point. Each light arrived in proper working order and I love that these lights do not have a strong glare and are not too bright. You can see your way around if you wake up mid-sleep, but the light isn’t so strong as to wake you up. See photos of the night light in my guest bathroom with the bathroom light on then off.

If you're interested in saving energy ⛮ dollars these will do the job. Extremely sensitive to light. If you have these in an adjacent room with lights on, the smallest amount of light reaches the sensor in other room, these lights will turn off. These are very sleek looking and the light is a natural brightness, not glaring. These are well made. I live in a small studio where natural light reaches from one end to the other during the daytime without turning on lights and these stay off until dusk.

After visiting our step dad this month and seeing that he had placed these all around his house I had to get some for our house too. During previous visits to his house he would turn off all the lights in the halls and rooms before he went to bed, so if I wanted to get a drink of water I'd either have to turn on hall and kitchen lights possibly waking people up or walk around with my phone flash light on, now with eufy's spread throughout his house I can navigate through the house without any extra lighting. They're sensitivity to light is so precise they were able to detect(shut off) when I turned on a 15 watt bulb on the lamp next to the bed across a large bedroom. I've been a fan of LED nightlights for a while, not having to worry about incandescent blowing out or worse melting if the bulb's filament got jostled around too much and overheated... I picked up several LED nightlights at one of the big box stores a few months ago and they were OK, but after seeing the eufy night lights at our step dad's house and how bright they are I felt I needed to replace the LED nightlights I had immediately. These are bright and can be aimed up or down (if your outlet is vertical), they're bright enough to give enough light in each room to move around without turning on any other lights. I ordered the pack of six and spread them throughout our own home, I could probably use a few more, but for now I'm very happy with how bright they are.

These lights work as promised and provide good soft light in a dark environment. They have been very consistent. A couple of notes on usage: 1. They only come on when it is really dark so if you need a light that comes on at dusk there are other solutions. For my use they work great. 2. They are too bright for bedroom nightlight use, but they are perfect for hallways, entryways, bathrooms and other rooms that you may need to wander in at night (kitchen or garage). 3. If you put them in a dark closet they will stay on continuously. Better to get a motion sensitive light. 4. If you tend to keep a light on in the house at night (kitchen, hallway, guest bath or wherever) just plug in a couple of these around the house. It is a much better solution. Recommended.
