Bought this for my grandson, but changed my mind, keeping it for myself !

I bought this as a gift for my grandson, but when it came, I couldn’t help but try it out I was very surprised, I connected it to my computer and saw amazing quick results. Look at my ring, a printed circuit board, even some small print on a remote thermometer. You can’t beat this for $19 ! ( well, make that $38, because I better get another one for my grandson, I’m keeping this one for myself.

Worth every penny and then some.

This was given to my oldest as a birthday gift, she was standing next to me when I ordered it, she cried when she found out it was for her. Happy 38th! She loves it. The picture quality is awesome. The fact that she can connect to her laptop OR her cell phone just made her day, that's how you know when something is really portable. Well worth the cost.

Really cool device! I connected with cell phone and can easily capture the details of onion skin. It is very useful when you want to study the mirco structure of something. Highly recommended

even better than I ever imagined

This little $20 microscope camera is actually really amazing. I did not expect a lot for the price but the amount of magnification is completely astonishing. This thing is SO MUCH FUN. I definitely would recommend for kids too. I remember having kids microscopes that were absolute crap and this one is cheap and works so well. I put it on my Windows 10 computer with no issues.

Easy to use, picture quality great

Can't be beat for the $$. I use it to explore the gold flakes I get from our rivers and to spot gold in the rocks. Very good resolution. One small problem is the base is a bit flimsy but I removed it and just hold the scope by hand. Be sure to take off the plastic lens cover. I love mine and use it often.

Best sub $20 microscope cam!

All the people giving this excellent little device lowered ratings for anything other than function, as in whether or not it works, are ignoring the price and cost comparison. I'm adapting the holder from their stand to one of my own, because it is exactly what I expected for the money; the stand is too light, lacks adjustment flexibility, and does not provide any good viewing angles. Forget about their stand and spend the money to upgrade, or use an old junky microscope, easily found for under a buck at garage sales this time of year, remove the viewer and replace it with this camera and it's value then becomes apparent.

This thing is FUN

WOW, for the money this thing is fun to explore not only things on you but bugs, leaves, fabrics, etc. Amazing what you can see. Even my adult kids use it when the stop by. My son thought he had a splinter in his heal so I tried getting it out then thought of this device. I looked at the mark and see that there isn't a splinter at all just a cut on the bottom of his foot. I cannot get this to work on my BLU android but that's ok. My PC works great with this device. I would definitely buy this again.

This is a far better product than the apps that are available to support it. What I mean is; the microscope is well made and easy to operate but the apps available, of all the ones I downloaded, are full of glitches and too quirky. And to keep trying different apps in order to find that one that works well takes forever to download, test, delete, then download the next one. But I am still looking for that one app on the App Store that is easy to use.

Great microscope

Got this for my brother for something new to try. He enjoys being able to hook it right up to his tablet and see things! Used it on a bug (gross) but it was cool to see for him. Picture quality is right on the dot. Highly recommend.
