Best lamp I’ve ever had!

I love this lamp. It gives great light and the brightness can be adjusted with the touch of a finger. I use it to light my desk. It bends easily up or down or sideways to put the light just where I want. When coming into a dark room, a tiny light shows where to touch to turn it on. So easy to put together-a child could do it. So very glad I got it.

This lamp is exactly what I wanted. Packed exceptionally well to arrive in perfect condition. Very easy to assemble in just a couple of minutes. Clear instructions. I need the light for crocheting, sewing, and working jigsaw puzzles. Light touch control with multiple light selections and each dimmable to where you need it. Fits perfectly next to my couch but portable as well. Checks all the boxes for what I needed and more.

Great Lighting Looks Expensive

I needed a black reading lamp to put beside a wing-back chair in my master bedroom that has black wrought iron accents. I am pleased with this one. The base is small enough to nudge in the corner area by the chair and is very unobtrusive. I love the switch with dimmer features, especially at night. The only "surprise" was the head of the lamp itself is a tad larger than I expected, but not a problem. Very happy with this purchase and can see this lamp in several places throughout a home. Perfect for apartments or condos or even that private little corner in a large home. Great purchase.

this company makes the best lamps!

Yay! another winner from TaoTronics. My family already owns multiple TaoTronics desk lamps and I had a good feeling about this floor lamp. Was easy to put together (comes in a very compact box). It is stable. The gooseneck flexibility is very very helpful when reading. Very bendy! The controls are at a convenient level on the post, not too low. The only "con" I can possibly think of is that this is a modernistic lamp so it doesn't "go with" our living room furniture. No big deal, I can now SEE what I'm reading. Winner!

Best of the Best

I am a reading light "connoisseur" and this is the best I've come across to date. I especially like the modes options, however the dimming option could provide another lower level for my liking. It took me a few attempts to understand the timer; it has just one timer setting, one hour. I was never still present when the timer kicked in.

Wow!

Wow what a fabulous floor lamp. It is modern and sleek. It is so pretty. I makes the most wonderful light colors and intensities. I does not create glare on your TV screen across the room because it only throws light where you point it. This lamp is so well made it will most likely last your lifetime. This is the best floor lamp I have ever owned. I have two Taotronics desk lamps also and they are equally beautiful and well made. Thank you so much Taotronics and Amazon.

Was skeptical about ordering this.

I ordered this lamp to use as a floor lamp beside my bed. The first attraction was that it has 1800 lumens. It is not cumbersome and the base is not large or clumsy. It fits a narrow space easily. It is also very easy to adjust the arm. to direct the light. The on-off is located in the middle of the lamp; no fumbling for a switch. A mere wave of the hand both lowers and raises the intensity. This is one terrific lamp with promises of a long life (no bulb changing). At my point in life, someone suggested I put it in my will as it seems the lamp will outlast me. For ME, this was a real find.

Excellent lamp

Very high quality product. Packaging is excellent, assembly is easy, and it has the feel of a quality product. The features are great: you can select white light, pale yellow, or warm yellow, and several brightness levels, all with button controls on the lamp. Very cool - I've never seen anything like that before. The position of the light is infinitely adjustable and stays in place, right in the position you bend the neck to. You can't replace the bulb, but they claim that it has a life of 50,000 hours. All in all, a very high quality product at a very good price. I returned this lamp because it was a little too tall for the space where I need it, but if the lamp worked in the place where I need it, I would definitely have kept it and been 100% satisfied.

Searching, searching, Found!

1st, the packaging is excellent! 2 poles screw together, screw those into base. Screw on head, plug in. Easy. The base is heavy. On a carpet, I am pushing it around, and it staying upright. Not to aggressively tho. Slim, it is not an eye sore,taking energy from the rooms surroundings. The cord is appx 84".I don't care that it plugs in the center of the stand, but for me it works. I don't know about power so unsure if you could use this with an extension cord. I will be using it at my sewing machine.the lighting is very good, and like the different settings that may be needed, depending on the sunny/cloudy days or what my eyes need. i like having this light behind me to see what I'm doing, as the machine tends to block any lighting from the front or side. yes it's shorter but if sitting it will be just fine. I've bought other products from this company and have been very happy. Customer service is excellent. I did not receive anything about a warranty, I believe it's 1 yr. I will be contacting Taotronics. Hope that helps .

High quality lamp with great versatility

This lamp far exceeded our expectations. It assembled easily with a good, tight fit. It can be assembled as a floor lamp or a desk lamp of varied height. The gooseneck is easy to maneuver. The choice of light "tone" and brightness is great. Most important to us is the fact that the light can be adjusted for the benefit of the user without shining into the eyes of other people in the room. If I needed another lamp I'd buy another one!
