Great! Cases fall apart, need reinforcement!
I Love this boost & by about 4 or 5 of these cases every month. Plus the price is excellent! This probably isn’t the place to say this but I don’t see the reviews on packaging anymore & I’m about to go insane or i already have! It’s hard to tell. I’ve reported this to Amazon by phone & that obviously went nowhere. And with everything that’s going on in the world, this just breaks the dam! These boxes need to be reinforced with tape or packaged better than putting 2-24 cases together & adding a piece of paper to take up the extra space? It’s ridiculous! These are heavy cases by themselves so adding paper just acts as paper! Every time I try to pick up a case it falls apart & 24 bottles are on the loose, rolling under cars, down the driveway, some get run over when they end up in the street!!! My main reason for having these shipped to me is that I have one left arm, which I’ve had shoulder replacement surgery on & no right arm! So this is already a difficult task for me. And then these heavy boxes are stacked right up against my gate, which obviously opens outward making it impossible for me to get out! Again, a repeated problem! It’s the only way out for me! I don’t understand how anyone can do that & think it’s a good idea? But, of course, there probably isn’t much thinking going on! Again, sorry to put my complaints here but I don’t know where else to put them & calling doesn’t help. Once I’ve corralled my boost & calmed down, I’m grateful for the delivery service & concerned with the weight of the boxes being asked to be carried by drivers & they’re probably as frustrated as I am. By the time they’ve delivered them I’m sure they are feeling abused & could care less about my needs or if i can get out of my house. Just my opinion, but I’ve truly experienced it & had packages flung all over my driveway! Amazon did take care of me but I’m not so sure they take care of their drivers/deliverers, which I’ve also shared with Amazon. The buyers pay for disgruntled employees! You’ve got to do better Amazon!

My brother has cancer in lymph node of his neck ...
My brother has cancer in lymph node of his neck region. The tumor had gotten so big that he could no longer swallow. Especially after radiation treatment to that area. The only nutrition he has been getting is boost high protein. Chocolate flavor. The other flavors make him nauseous. He has to have 6-7 bottles a day. He has tried some of the other supplement drinks but the boost is easier for him to tolerate. The boost is literally keeping him alive without it he would starve to death.

Perfect to regain weight, and stay at the weight you should be at, and, it tastes great, IMO!
After my husband passed I did not realize I no longer ate properly until my orthopedist mentioned the weight loss. It was the lack of having to prepare meals for other than myself, it just didn't seem important to prepare a full meal for one. I started using Boost occasionally after that. The effects after a couple of weeks was noticeable in my activity. I was not eating enough to be the normal active person I was. I have never been over 130lbs, so coming back to 125 and staying there is wonderful. I now have gotten over the feelings of loss, the lack of caring to prepare meals for one, but still use the Boost chocolate. I was picking it up at the grocery store, but when going over my Subscribe and Save order an ad passed and I was shocked at the price difference. It is now on my monthly delivery. I love the taste, use it especially when I am on the run and don't have time for a breakfast or lunch. In my case it was grief that made me lose weight, but for others, illness is the cause. I highly suggest that for any family member you notice a weight loss to try this product. It works.

Tastes great and is chock full of protein and vitamins.
My husband works nearly 60 hours a week at a very intense, physical job. He is not young anymore at 62 and he also suffers from Crohn's Disease, When it flares up, he stops eating most food and sticks to soup or whatever liquidy, bland food he can tolerate. His weight is lower than it should be and he doesn't take vitamins for whatever reason. He starts then stops any vitamins he gets. I bought a case of Boost High Protein in very vanilla for him to have in the morning or after dinner. I was thinking it had more calories like Ensure but 240 is a decent amount for a snack. The best part is that is has a lot of protein and tons of vitamins and minerals in it. It tastes delicious. I now drink it. (I do not need the extra calories but the protein and vitamins are good for me.) There is no fake sugar in this which would have completely turned my husband off. Still, he didn't want to even TRY it but he did and said it was pretty good. He has since been drinking a bottle at night, sometimes adding fruit to make a smoothie. I can't say that he suddenly bulked up and feels great but I know the ingredients are helping to fill the gap that his sporadic diet causes. And it is easy on the stomach so when he has a flare, he can drink a bottle of Boost rather than just sip broth. I am pleased with the flavor, the protein, and the vitamins and minerals. I wish it had some fiber in it but, still, I really believe this drink should replace a sugary soda or fatty snack for everyone. I now have this on Subscribe & Save and may have to get two cases a month - one for each of us. The price is good - better than others I looked at - and, most of all, the flavor is really good, making it like a tasty shake rather than any sort of nutritional supplement. I am going with 5 stars although 3-5 grams of fiber would REALLY make this perfect.

Purchased Per Pre-Surgical Instructions
As part of my pre-surgical instructions I was to begin a high protein diet & 5 days before surgery I was to drink 3 bottles of Boost or Ensure a day. The objective was to have ample protein in my system to improve my energy level & to promote wound healing. I had never heard of doing this before but I purchased both: Boost High Protein Complete Nutritional Drink, Rich Chocolate, 8 fl oz Bottle, 24 Pack sold by: Amazon.com Services, Inc for $30.38 & Boost Original Complete Nutritional Drink, Very Vanilla, 8 fl oz Bottle, 24 Pack sold by: Amazon.com Services, Inc for $29.96 Both arrived in a timely manner & tasted good so I was pleased. HOWEVER, my surgeon's instructions failed to mention that on the 5th day prior to surgery I was restricted to a clear liquid diet & neither of the Boost products I'd purchased met that criteria. I discovered too late that Boost makes a clear liquid liquid nutritional drink called Boost Breeze that I could have drank; but, it wasn't carried in the local stores or pharmacy. They could order it however it would not arrive in time for me to use it. I would also not be able to drink the wild berry flavored option because I could not have any liquid that was red or purple. I could have drank the orange or peach flavored one. Boost Breeze is considerably more expensive that regular Boost & the peach flavor is the most expensive. However, next time I need to be on a clear liquid diet, I will order at least the orange flavored option because it will get me through a day of clear liquids better than what I've consumed on such a diet previously. Anyone on a clear liquid diet or with conditions such as fat malabsorption, anorexia or cachexia may find this drink extremely helpful. This nutritional beverage comes in three tasty flavors: wild berry, peach and orange.

Tastes great & better than taking a multivitamin
I love the way these Protein Boost drinks taste. I find myself holding the bottles upside down and sticking my tongue inside the bottle to get every last drop. And they are chock full of vitamins. I can tell the days I haven't had my Boost drink. They just make me feel better and if you like chocolate you're going to love these drinks. Please choose if this review was helpful (or not).

Great for people who suffer from Crohn's
Boost High Protein Complete Nutritional Drink, Rich Chocolate, 8 Fluid Ounce (Pack of 24) I ordered this on a reoccurring subscription. The price is unbeatable; next cheapest was Costco at $28 for 24. As someone who suffers from Crohn's, this is an excellent way to get the nutrients needed when experiencing flare ups and just great overall health. I have been using several other drinks like Ensure, and other super expensive protein drinks; however I really like Boost, it seems to work the best for me.

A repeat buyer
I often skip lunch but by 2:00 would get this headache. My doctor stated that the headache was caused by a blood sugar drop created by - surprise - skipping lunch. He suggested I try drinking Boost on the days I skipped eating lunch. This I did and my 2:00 headaches actually did stop. I don't like overly sweet things but the chocolate boost is my flavor of choice. Chocolatey but not the semi-bitter cocoa flavor and not chalky tasting. I prefer chilled Boost over room temperature. The 15 grams of protein is a big bonus; 50% more than regular Boost. The best price by far for a case of 24 is found on Amazon - and if your a Prime member - free shipping. I tried the Costco brands but neither the taste nor the protein content were as rich as Boost. An interesting side note - I sometimes suffer from indigestion in the form of nausea and stomach discomfort which is why I don't always eat. My doctor ruled out ulcers and thyroid. I started drinking Boost at the onset of these symptoms and its' actually helped ease them. I don't understand why but its' been consistent so far. That gives two good reasons why I drink this product.

immediately improved my mother's skin tone; and she'll drink it
High protein version. My 96-yo mother drinks one daily (Caucasian). The first time she did, her skin perked up and had "more color" in only 10 minutes! I was shocked! By 40 minutes, her skin was "normal" in color. I hadn't realized how ashen her skin was. (Neither did she!) This Boost really did the trick. I guess it was the protein! She is adverse drinking water and is diagnosed as "clinically dehydrated." Even that diagnosis (from several docs, including her eye doc!) did not induce her to increase her liquid intake. The Boost did - - bcs she could see the immediate difference in her skin tone. It's no milkshake from McDonald's, mind you, but the taste "isn't too bad." Now that I think on it, I don't see why you couldn't spin this in the blender with some ice.... Anyway, if you or a loved one is dehydrated or needs more liquid for whatever reason (and needs more calories, as my mother also did; or possibly more dietary protein), you might try this. mb

Saved my life, and my baby's
These kept me and my baby alive during my pregnancy. I had hyperemesis gravidum, and was sick my entire pregnancy. There was a point where I was told that I might be in danger, and was placed on home health care. Enter Boost. I had 1-3 of these a day, and I credit my baby being born safe, and us both being healthy to Boost. No matter how bad my sickest days were, I could slowly hold some of the 8 ounces down! Added bonus that it has folic acid, which was important because I couldn't take prenatal vitamins. Very, very tasty in chocolate. Now that I'm a busy mom, Boost has continued to keep me healthy. I couldn't say enough about how much this product kept me going in my hardest days.
