I 'saw' it, bought it, and cut a hole
I needed to drill a hole in some plywood and siding for a bathroom vent so like most people I checked Amazon before the larger stores. I was a little skeptical that it could do the job because of the great price, but it cut a hole with a corded drill. It worked amazingly fast too! I don't image using these a lot... but they work great!

Perfect for a few small jobs
Needed 5inch hole saw for a couple of small projects. Cutting out the back of an entertainment center to mount a cooling fan and for cutting some holes in 2x8 boards. I went to local store and cheapest 5inch hole saw I could find was around $40. It was deeper and more robust looking than these, but I didn't need that for my purposes. I found this and worked great for my projects.

Great for Drilling Holes for Net Pots!
I needed a set of hole saw drill bits in order to put holes into a tote for a hydroponic project. These worked great, with a variety of sizes and bits. Always remember when drilling into plastic that first you drill through with the drill bit centered and secure and then put your drill in reverse and press the hole saw firmly down and drill the rest. This gives you a nice clean hole to work with after you're finished.

Good deal.
Nice set. Compact case for storage and fits nicely in a tool case. Also they came oiled up which was a good thing. No rust. Sharp, so be careful, wear gloves. And for woodworkers new to hole saws. These have a depth of about 7/8 inch. Anything thicker flip the piece over.

Decent for the price
used these to drill a couple holes in some wood and pic for a project I was working on. they did alright for what I was using them for, they won't last a lifetime but for the price you can't expect them to. comes in a nice case to keep everything together. would definitely reccomend them if you just need to drill a couple holes.

I don't know how I lived without this hole saw kit and for the price also!
This whole socket is awesome for the price! If you write 1 - 4 in or 3 in hole saw at any name brand store it will still cost more than this whole kit. I have been installing lighting and I really wish I would have had this kid when I first started installing Lighting in my house. I know it will come in handy in the future. It is very sturdy and works well with any drill. Recommend anybody that's going to do any kind of electrical wiring to definitely get this hole saw kit.

Easy to use, does what it's supposed to do
I had asked Hubby to drill a couple of holes in the pop-up tables on our camp chairs... he said he didn't have a hole-saw kit. WHAT?!? An hour later this kit was winging its way to us. Multiple size hole diameters and everything necessary to attach it to Hubby's drill, all for $17. Good value for money and appears very durable. Gonna get some use outta these babies! ;-) Oh, and the camp chairs? Securely holds a cup-ashtray and a SOLO cup like nobodies business! Yay!

Can't beat the quality for the price! Buy now darn it! Seriously!!
What a amazing kit for the PRICE! Includes 12 carbon-steel hole saws Also inculdes 2 mandrels, one hex-key, and install plate, and a package box Suitable for drilling holes in wood, PVC ,anf more! I purchased these for a simple task of cutting holes in a lid for hydroponics! It cuts through with ease, the only issue 🤦♂️ I had was removing the cutouts of the lid. Even though it still removed pretty easy with turning it counter clockwise.it got the job done with little effort still leaving the holesaws super sharp for 30 more lids I cut.

Easily Handled 3/4” Laminated Bamboo
Was a little apprehensive about splintering at tip-in due to the aggressive tooth profile - I was using this on a laminated bamboo vanity top and had visions of a giant splinter being created - but my fears were completely unfounded (a little masking tape applied to both sides of the work surface and very light pressure on the drill worked for me). There was very slight splintering on both ends of the hole, but it was easily cleaned-up with a few passes of the Dremel. Be aware that when the kit arrives all the bits will have a heavy coating of oil on them. Once upon a time, all tools sourced from the Far East were like this to prevent rusting since they’re not stainless and they’re not painted for corrosion resistance). Haven’t seen this in many years, but a quick bath in hot water and plenty of dish soap will clean it right off. A small price to pay for such a ridiculously priced, versatile set; just be sure to thoroughly dry each piece afterward to prevent the previously mentioned rusting.

Good for home shop use
I saw some reviews where others had questionable results but went for it anyway since this is one of if not the most complete sets for a real bargain price. I've cut over a dozen holes in 3/4" plywood using various size holes and have had no issues at all. Here are a few tips for success... Drill about 1/4" then pull the saw out and clean off the teeth. The saw will make very fine dust and the dust will clog the teeth and begin to burn. The drills are only high speed steel so letting them get too hot will ruin them right away... Make sure to tighten the nut securely so the mandrel doesn't get any vibration. That will reduce the chance of anything getting bent... For good hole quality, check for wobble before starting the hole. The installation plate fits onto the drill and has a bit of play. You might need to loosen the mandrel and move the drill slightly to get better alignment... For 15-ish buck you really can't beat this set. Would I recommend it for all day professional use, NO, but for once in a while use on wood, drywall, light gauge aluminum and plastic it's should last quite a while.
