Great products!!

I got this grill to do grilling indoors during the winter. So far I have done hotdogs, grilled cheese sandwiches, and this morning fried eggs. Everything cooked perfect with no sticking and very quickly. I have most of the cookware products that Gotham Steel has to offer except the backing set. I absolutely love how great they work and the ease of cleaning them up. I did Mac and cheese in my roasting pan and nothing stuck to the sides like my glass roasting pans. Would highly recommend any of their products.

Not good for bone in meat.

I use it for grilling beef, chicken, pork really anything i'd grill on a big grill except meat with bone in.

Great Smokeless Grill & Griddle Set. How much better would it be with the proper Cover/Lid?

Everything to date that I've cooked has been outstanding. However the cookbook states you should use a cover/lid when cooking. A cover/lid does not come with the set. I called to inquire about that and was told I could buy a cover/lid. I purchased it and when it arrived I found that it was more of a square shape and the gotham grill and griddle are rectangular shaped. In other words it (cover/lid) does not fit.

For quick lightweight work I don't have to go outside to grill anymore

It was all I expected. Grill links, fish, and turkey burgers. All lean meats very little grease. Setup on stove under fan hood. Little smoke and new use smell. Find that grease that runs under rack and not in drip pan smoke. Does a great job with grill marks and sealing meat. Found that when turning food over. Be careful not to push grill onto cradle. Wrong way the hot grill will melt the corner of cradle. Result plastic burning smells. Leaving small burn marks. Learning to grill and watch game same time !

Works as advertised! Used the flat grill for pancakes and eggs for a large group of guests. No smoking, no sticking and the grill maintained the correct heat over a significant period. Also grilled marinated steaks with same great results.

In my case is saving on my electric bill and is faster than the oven.

I believe it is just as good as the power smokeless grill. I love it and use it always.

Easy too use and clean.

Cooks great. Non stick. Does not easily scratch, but does have minor scratches. Cleanup is a snap.

Always read Owners Guide for every device you purchase.

I have used both the grille and the griddle components. I cooked a 1 1/2” Ribeye steak on the grille and it cooked evenly to medium rare. Of course I always use a wireless temperature gauge since I like my steaks medium rare. No smoke at all. Just read the Owners Guide. Don’t be stupid, and ever try to use any metal utensils on products like these. No matter what ads might state. I like my eggs easy over. No problem. Set for medium heat, wait 20 seconds, crack the egg on griddle, wait till near white, and flip. Turn off power, disconnect, and lift griddle off and slide off to plate or onto toasted bread. I have grilled seasoned chicken breast, made grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, etc. I am sole caregiver to my Alzheimer mother so time is very important to me, and less cleaning is important to me. For ribs and the like, I’ll stick to my electric slow smoker outside.

I'm really enjoying my GOTHAM STEEL Electric Grill, Man! It is really awesome and it's truly worth it's weight in gold, it's perfect for cooking pretty much everything, I LOVE IT!
